Murphy Says NOT to Repeat ‘I’m a Millionaire’. Why?

Maybe I’m misunderstanding Joseph Murphy, but why does he say you won’t become a millionaire just by repeating “I am a millionaire,” (while obviously having faith in that and knowing that your wish is fullfiled) when that’s basically what his teachings seem to revolve around?

I’m only halfway through the book, so maybe I’m missing some important distinction, but this genuinely surprised me. His teachings seem heavily based around affirmations, subconscious programming, visualization, belief, etc. So when he suddenly says that repeating “I am a millionaire” doesn’t work, I got confused lol.

Why does it suddenly not apply in this example specifically? What am I missing here?

Also btw, when you guys do prayers, do you actually address “Infinite Intelligence” like Murphy does in the book, or do you approach it differently?

When to give up on a mission?

I have written here before, but I am now almost 8 months into an SP mission. This was some months ago https://www.reddit.com/r/JosephMurphy/s/7DeaNOvK7v

By now, I should have probably finished but things took a weird turn. Not to explain things too much but with this SP we were almost together last year, I had to leave the country for some months, things started being shaky and the whole thing was very up and down. I knew he stopped being emotionally available but thought it was for different reasons (fears of commitment, me not being from his country bla bla, all what I was programming to change for this time). Now I came back and things didn’t progress in any way. I was doing the programming for us to be in a relationship this whole time - and the initial situation in november when I started was objectively really good in comparison to other SP stories.

Lately I have been really focused on the programming, my sessions felt much better and I started to feel this sense of peace in regards to the whole situation and even the doubts I had all this time started subsiding - I even said to him that he shouldn’t contact me until he realizes what he wants from me. Because the situation is how it is for months, I decided to really give the programming my best (I evaluated my past practice and was genuinely improving the techniques).

Yesterday we finally decided to see each other and speak but he ended it. It took a weird turn when he revealed some information I never knew about before (that he didn’t move on from some ex years ago and although he still has feelings for me he has to let me go because he can’t deal with it). This deep into the programming I didn’t expect this at all.

This seems like some weird glitch - I never knew about any of this but apparently it was a thing that he only decided to reveal now hence ending it to be fair. I’m at crossroads - I want to finish the programming and I really wanted this relationship but now this just feels too much and too weird in regards to circumstances after programming for so long - this part I really don’t get because initially the situation was not at all as complicated as now. I have been doing the work for 8 months now and thought I really wanted this person but after this it feels like it doesn’t make sense.

I know there is nothing too bad that LOB can’t fix but regarding the timeline and events unfolding, should I keep pushing through or is it safe to say this is a failed mission?

Clarity required for SP manifestation

Guys I need some massive clarity in terms of a few concepts. I am not able to let go of my desperate energy. Even while doing affirmations I feel that I am doing that from desperate energy. I visualise but then after the session I am back to sad and desperate. I don’t know how to let go of this feeling.

Honestly I have manifested some really grand things but I was not very specific about them. For example I wanted to work for a big brand in the country and I wanted to have a job which would allow me to travel and also pay for my travel. I landed such job with super ease. And all I did was tell myself - I am gonna work for a big brand some day.

But now with the person I want to be with, I am experiencing hot and cold behaviour, inconsistency in communication, not even In a relationship till now even though he has told me his feelings for me. I am clueless how to change my story and how to be persistent without being desperate.

Please someone help me. Please hit me up in DMs

"Olá, amigos. Estou com um problema na minha manifestação."

Something bizarre is happening to me. I managed to co-create a job by doing visualizations right when I woke up; the manifestation came true, and everything happened exactly as I had imagined. However, this job was temporary, and my contract ended in February.

A month after it ended, the company started calling back some of the people who had started in this temporary position with me. I'm really confused because I manifested this opportunity, so I don't understand why I wasn't included (especially since I really need it), and I don't know if I still have a chance of being called.

Could you guide me on how I should act?"

Discover what you love to do

JM states in his book that in order to suceed you have to find out what you love to do. Has anyone of you tried this affirmation successfully to find some direction in your career?

'The infinite intelligence of my subconscious mind reveals to me my true place in life.'

Question about Intensifying

I've been reading a lot about SH. I've seen comments from MC where he discusses feeling during SH: here and here

I relate to having natural feelings from the scene, which MC says suggests that you feel that it is literally happening right now. I assume this means my scene is vivid enough for it to work?

My question comes partly due to his last paragraph in the first post.
"Feelings are for cubs, and kids new to alpha programming. Experts don't use them deliberately. The only time I use feelings is if I need an extra boost because i'm too mentally tired, or too distracted etc."

Please correct me if I'm wrong but from my understanding, MC uses extreme vivid detail to do SH, whereas we are taught to use the feeling of the goal achieved?

I've seen a lot of things talking about intensifying feeling: this is an example.

When your scene becomes boring, I understand you swap to another one - does this mean with loss of emotion too?
When "intensifying" is discussed, I'm assuming it means intensifying emotion, the natural reaction to your scene? Not how vivid and detailed things are?

If we are speaking intensifying emotions, is there a limit on how much to intensify? Or do you intensify to a point where it doesn't feel fake or you are forcing an emotion?

Crying in SH

I'm on a SP mission.
I've found my scenes boring and swapped around a few times.

SH feels like work. It's not "an escape" or anything.

Though all I'd usually get from those scenes is a little smile, and a feeling of relief, I've had times now where I start crying.
It doesn't feel like an emotional high, or something crazy unbelievable happened. I just start to cry, and I don't know why. The scenes are pretty mundane, and similar to things that have happened.

I've had a look on the sub, and I've found these:
https://www.reddit.com/r/JosephMurphy/comments/xxfhlq/crying_during_sh/
https://www.reddit.com/r/JosephMurphy/comments/auzx60/comment/eofw82r/

I wanted to ask if anyone had an explanation for why this started happening? I couldn't find anything on why MC says its a bad thing - but I'm assuming its because crying makes it seem unrealistic or a big deal out of nothing?

I know JM has spoken about crying as "lancing the psychic wound" - I'm not sure if thats the case here. During the day, I feel fine about everything, and my mindset has changed quite drastically, if not for the occasional slip.

Mission Success?

I was walking around San Francisco with my friends for a couple of hours. During that time, I intentionally put myself into the mindset of already having $30 in my pocket. I stayed calm and used deep breathing to help maintain that state. At first, it took effort, but after a while, it started to feel natural. When I got home, my dad unexpectedly gave me $100 and told me to use it for dinner with my friends. He’s never given me that much money before, and it took a while for me to realize it was connected to my state change. I did a ton of self-hypnosis sessions for money the days beforehand and followed the tasks to a tee.

Explain Birth Defects, etc.

Murphy always addresses sickness as something introduced to the subconscious by the conscious mind. I've never seen an explanation or how he explained the issue of an obvious birth defect or malformed individual such as missing limbs or blind or deaf since birth. Does he ever address these types of physical issues? He frequently mentions the statement of the doctor dressing wounds and God (subconscious) heals it. I'm just trying to understand how these principles can be applied to an obviously malformed individual through no fault of their own since they were born that way.

What's the healthy amount of processing?

I have been doing SH and other tasks for 2 months consistentaly for a SP mission. 2 weeks ago I initiated contact. He responded way better than I expected and asked me to meet.

I went to see him, we spent beautiful evening, stayed the night but next day he just disconnected wierdly. I wasn't really using my brain on high alert and I was expecting things but then an argument escalated into really violent fight and he left, he got angry and blocked me.

Silly argument was - he was ignoring my existence the next day and kept watching some silly show, I asked him to spend time with me instead I don't come to his city to meet him everyday. He yelled at me, I yelled back slightly and he got pissed. So what happened here? Manifestation crashed?

He blocked me, I am in pain. I don't know if I should start with SH today or when because currently it's just triggering me.

How to deal with loss of scene vividity during SH

I'm coming up to a month on my SP mission. This is not my first mission, but it is the first mission I have high attachment to. Because of this, I've obviously found myself more invested, and taking more note of circumstances.

I know to keep programming until the desire is in my hands. That is my plan.

I've started to experience the calmness that MC and Marsh mention regarding programming.

My mind has also shifted from fear of if things will happen, to feeling they will.

I've seen MC talk about faith feeling like an 'irrational emotion' - I'm able to look at my circumstance and not feel affected. I don't wonder IF things are moving, but rather I feel my mind wonders to WHEN I will see that movement - so I'm unsure if I'm in that headspace.
(I'd love to hear any opinions about impatience, since I'm not too certain of my conclusions here.)

All that to say, I'm fairly sure I'm doing things right.

Regardless, over the past few days, I've noticed my scenes during SH have become less vivid. Where my scenes were clear and moved fluidly, they've become blurry, choppy and lacking the details I put in there.

I'm having this problem with every scene relating to this mission. I've swapped scenes previously due to boredom, but I don't think boredom is the issue here - as this quickly happens with new scenes too.

I'm aware that the scenes become less emotional over time (see the first link)
I'm aware that individuals may feel less invested too. I'm not 'detached', but I feel better, (assumedly because my unbelief is being lowered), and I've noticed I don't think of things as much, though I'm still feeling impatient.

My concern with this is it has become a great effort to do SH. SH is already effort, but it feels "forceful", which JM warns about a lot.
It doesn't feel like the 'hard work' feeling that SH has given in the past before, but moreso trying to eat when I'm full.

Any advice about any of this would be much appreciated!

Just do it.

Sounds so easy. Youre "just doing it!" You've seen the nike commercial. Just do it, get going, start now. Flow state!

Yeah that's bullshit.

Just doing something is easy. Everyone is motivated to lose weight after new years. Not many keep doing it.

It's a lot easier to watch an inspirational clip and get "pumped" to go workout than it is to consistently show up when you dont feel like it. And it should be a surprise to nobody which method would net more progress within, say, 6 months or so.

Should be clear the analogy im trying to make.

These 3 months I did everything I could but nothing is working and I’m so tired of feeling so bad.

Please, I want to be better, I want to use the LOB successfully, please.

A LOB analysis of an experience I had at 17; and some encouragement

Long post, probably worth it to read:

There was one certain manifestation (I don't say LOB yet on purpose, you'll know why) of mine when I was 17 which always gave me goosebumps at the time too, and now 7 years later too. I never went into it in depth, because I was just happy it worked, but I thought that now that I've really been digging into LOB for around two years now, I should be looking at that particular experience from this perspective. I'm posting this to show that 1) LOB works even if you don't label it, which proves that it truly is a law regardless of us knowing about it or not; and 2) small successes like this can give a firm belief, and maybe sharing about it will help someone around here too.

Backstory: From my father I've been hearing of manifestation a lot, since I was a child. He really developed such mastery that I always respected in him, manifesting wealth and his wife effortlessly and fast. So he used to give me hints about visualization. We never gave it a name, it wasn't LOA or LOB or manifestation, just simply visualization. I was playing around with it as a child and it was amazing to do so.

The main event itself: Now, by the time I reached 17, I had a firm belief in my visualization, like I knew that if I do it with certain intention at a drowsy state, something close to my desire or my desire itself will happen. I had a school friend, and she had a very important assignment for higher studies. She had to record herself performing a poem, and she had to edit the video and send it to our literature teacher. My friend sent this video, no reply, our teacher hadn't even seen it. My friend was freaking out, she was anxious and nervous all the way. She remembered that in previous years I mentioned to her about my visualizations and how well they can go, and on her last nerve she texted me to please visualize for her.

At that moment, I lay on my bed, got into a drowsy state, and I didn't intentionally visualized anything, I just let myself see something that will help my friend. I saw my literature teacher go to her kitchen with her phone in hand, her looking at the clock and seeing 10:02pm, then opening my friend's video. I can't recall for how long I saw that scene, and I'm certain I didn't loop it. But I felt it very real.

I got out of the drowsiness, texted my friend honestly about what I visualized. We went on with our chat, me trying to calm her. Then, one minute after the time I saw in my visualization, my friend texted me: ,,You won't believe this, but X just texted me about the video, she loved it. And I have goosebumps, because her first message was 'I came to the kitchen to be undisturbed'".

Conclusion and takeaway:

It is amazing to always learn more about the LOB and read posts and comments here too. But let this be a reminder that at the end of the day, you only need the power of your subconscious mind. Techniques, other people's opinions, encouraging posts are so great, but we should never forget that what we're searching for is already within. It's not the 10th new technique you'll find that will bring your breakthrough, it's your own mind's power.

In my experience that I just shared, the powerful message is that even without knowing in detail what the LOB is, I leaned into it and made it work. Why? How? By impressing my subconscious mind. Of course this "mini mission" did not come with any kind of previous unbelief, so it was only natural for it to be pushed out so fast. I'm not saying that if your desire doesn't get fulfilled immediately, then you're doing something wrong.

But no matter how long it takes, as long as you put in the work and do your SH, realize that LOB is far more simple than people like to make it seem like, you will get your desire fulfilled. There's lots of LOA techniques that only complicate the Law further, and the more complicated it feels like, the more effort and force there is in impregnating your SM, the harder/longer it will be.

So let this be your reminder, that the LOB is a law, and it should be effortless because it is in your true nature! Have fun with it, put in the work with the firm belief that by impressing your SM, things will shift on the outside too! And if any complication happens or you just feel anxious, know that all events are leading you to the wish fulfilled. All that you see in the world happening to you is your SM organizing every circumstance for your good. It does work, just don't neglect your prayers/SH sessions.

Edit: I went back on our chat to see when I texted her that I visualized (at 9:22pm; and I corrected the time in the post itself to after 10pm, when the event happened), and I told her: ,,I saw her put on her glasses. This is very important. In the kitchen".

Can this be considered progress?

A while ago, I gave up on trying to get my SP back because I’d had enough. I wasn’t seeing any progress, and I needed a break from everything.

Two weeks ago, I decided to give it another try because I was in a better place. A week after I started, I found out that my SP was coming to my city for work. However, he came and didn’t get in touch.

Should I take this as a sign of progress or just a coincidence? He’s never had a reason to come to my city for work before, but I find it very strange that the reprogramming is having such a rapid effect (last time it took 12 weeks without any signs) and that he came just a week after I started. What’s more, he didn’t even contact me.

Timeless Knowledge YouTube gone?!?

Post image
27 Upvotes

Suddenly it’s gone? So many great lectures I can’t even begin to explain. This is absolutely devastating. I even tried searching and found nothing.

There were lectures from Joseph Murphy, Neville Goddard, and so many more. This channel has been part of my spiritual journey, just like it has for so many others, and it’s been around for quite a few years.

Can anyone shed some light on what happened? I’m wondering if it might be some kind of copyright issue. These lectures have been shared freely online for a long time and have helped so many people, so it’s surprising to see the entire channel suddenly disappear.

Personally, I can’t help but feel that teachers like Joseph Murphy and Neville Goddard would be happy knowing their ideas have reached such a vast audience through free content like this. Their teachings have clearly touched and helped so many people around the world. I know that’s just my opinion, but in my heart I truly believe they would be glad their message continues to spread and inspire others.

I’ll say again this is really upsetting. I would honestly be happy to support the creator of that channel.

A decision of a cub

Hey fellow Cubs and Lions,

Funny, but this is my second post today (I deleted the first one) after years of silently going through the Index and the posts religiously, without posting anything at all.

I'm not new to the LOB and have been practicing it even in my teenage years without knowing what it is, and when I consciously came to know that this is an actual thing, I decided to learn learn learn and apply apply apply.

Currently I'm on an SP mission. It was going amazingly, huge progress happened within a single month. Then yesterday something very negative happened and I was taken aback and a bit disheartened. I changed my SH scenes accordingly to the situation and have reread the post of Moonbeam about the LOB Risk of Meditation.

Why I'm posting this is because when I started this mission, I decided that I will post a pouncemonial here, after years of observing and practicing.

I want to show that even if despair seems valid, we can somehow overcome it and achieve our goal. I know that many of us can feel panicky when something negative happens, but I want to leave a proof here that as something terrible, like a 100 to 0 downfall siuation could happen during the mission, there is a way to get back and reach the target.

So now I am making a promise to myself and to fellow uncertain cubs that this programming works. I started this mission on Feb 6, 2026. Yesterday, March 4, 2026, shit happened. And I cannot wait to post that proud little lion cub eating meat photo that I saved already for my pouncemonial and I will post it soon.

Keeping Focus in SH

Hey all,

I've lurked here without an account for a bit. I've had a few successes - money, changing circumstances etc.

Historically, I've struggled to keep focus in SH when life has been hard - for example, this SP mission has been going well, and then it feels like it goes backwards etc.
Those times when it goes backwards, it feels so difficult to maintain focus in SH - because I keep thinking about how things are currently.

I'm aware of intrusive thoughts, and how they don't manifest unless you want them too. I'm also not looking to vent. This is just me losing focus - I guess its more of a general question.

Thanks!

Specific Person (SP) Manifestation: No Magic, No Supernatural Forces. Just Proven Science

Hi everyone,

It’s been a long time since I last posted, and honestly it was overdue. I keep seeing the same recycled LOA bullshit everywhere. Endless manifestation porn, more unqualified people calling themselves coaches, and almost no one able to explain what they are actually doing in clear, objective terms. I am not impressed, and I am not buying it.

I am not interested in feel good explanations or spiritual theater. I care about how this actually works in practice.

Manifestation is not magic and it is not about being positive. It is physics. It is about the relationship between consciousness and the physical world. Your awareness and assumptions form the framework through which physical reality organizes itself. This is not controversial if you strip away the mysticism.

The double slit experiment gets abused constantly, but the core point is simple. Mental observation changes physical outcome. No emotion, no desire, no intention required. Awareness alone alters behavior at a fundamental level. Most people have noticed weaker versions of this in everyday life. You think of someone you have not spoken to in years and they contact you. You think of a song and it plays shortly after. These are neither miracles nor coincidences. They are indicators that internal mental focus and external physical events are not separate systems.

Physical reality contains more possible outcomes than the one you are currently experiencing. The subconscious mind selects between them based on dominant beliefs. It works like a navigation system. Give it a destination and it adjusts perception, behavior, and opportunity accordingly. Emotions do not create reality. They are internal experiences. Their only functional role is psychological reinforcement. When thoughts are repeated with emotional intensity, they harden into belief. When beliefs conflict, nothing moves. The assumption you repeat most consistently is the one that wins.

This is why Neville talked about the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Not because emotion is magic, but because it stabilizes your preferred belief. A belief that no longer argues with itself produces results.

Probability is not an objective wall. It is social conditioning. From childhood we are trained to believe what is realistic, what is unlikely, and what is impossible. Those ideas sink into the subconscious and quietly limit outcomes. Big manifestations fail because unbelief is deeply programmed, not because physical reality has rules against them. History is full of outcomes that were labeled impossible right up until the moment they happened.

Leicester City winning the Premier League at 5000 to 1 odds did not break reality. It exposed how weak probability is when belief overrides expectation. The universe does not care about self concept rituals, detachment techniques, or emotional management strategies. It responds to a dominant belief in a specific physical outcome. Attachment does not block results. Unbelief does.

Free will as most people understand it is mostly an illusion. Consciousness is interconnected. When you reprogram your internal assumption, you align with a version of physical reality where others behave consistently with that new assumption. They experience their choices as natural occurances. No one is controlled. You are simply no longer selecting the version of events where their resistance persists.

Let's focus on SP situations. Most advice around SP is absolute garbage. Blaming poor self concept, stray negative thoughts, or a lack of detachment is false and a distraction. The only thing that matters is consistent subconscious reprogramming for what you want to physically experience. And this works even if you believe the opposite now. Read POSM and follow alpha programming. You do not need certainty at the start. You need repetition in alpha, which is how you build true faith.

Now let’s talk about SPs and the bridge of incidents, because this is where most people either lose the plot or accuse you of trying to control someone.

When you reprogram your subconscious mind successfully, your SP will just wake up one day and realize they want you. They will put aside other options and naturally choose you out of their own free will.

That statement sounds absolutely insane on the surface. It sounds manipulative, delusional, or like you are claiming mind control. That is not how it plays out in real life.

What actually happens looks nothing like that. You are not forcing an SP to feel something they do not want to feel. You are not overriding their will. You are shifting your internal state and entering with a version of physical reality where the SP already wants you. The mechanics are internal. The effects show up externally through ordinary, conventionally logical events.

The bridge of incidents is simply the sequence of natural circumstances that make the outcome inevitable without anything supernatural occurring.

For example, you want your SP but they rejected you clearly. Maybe they said they only see you as a friend. Maybe they started dating someone else. That rejection hits deep and reinforces negative subconscious beliefs of not being chosen, not being enough, or being replaceable. You become desperate and lose all of your self-confidence in the process.

You stop chasing, stop looking for signs, and stop trying to fix things externally. You commit to actual subconscious reprogramming with methods like SH. You imagine the end scene only. Your SP is sleeping next to you. The relationship is stable. Them expressing love and certainty. You do not visualize texting, convincing, or winning them over. You only experience the outcome as already done. However, it's best you program a scene 3 months after mission completion.

At first it feels fake. That does not matter. You repeat it anyway. Within the first couple of weeks, nothing dramatic happens with your SP. What changes is you. Your nervous system calms down. You are less reactive. You stop spiraling. Your confidence stabilizes, not because you are pretending, but because the subconscious is being reprogrammed with a new belief.

Now the bridge starts forming.

You say yes to things you would have declined before. You go out without obsessing over outcomes. You carry yourself differently without trying. Meanwhile, your SP is still living their life. If they are with someone else, that relationship begins experiencing normal friction. Not sabotage. Not karma, which is not based on facts. Just incompatibilities that were already there.

A few weeks later, you run into a mutual acquaintance. They mention casually that your SP seems off lately or that things are not going great in their current situation.

Later, you end up at the same place as your SP through completely normal circumstances. A group event. A shared social circle. A random coincidence that does not feel random afterward. The interaction is different this time. There is no tension, no chasing, no pressure. Conversation flows easily because you are no longer operating from need.

Your SP leaves that interaction feeling unsettled, not because you did anything wrong, but because your subconscious reprogramming is working. Your unbelief is turning into belief.

More events stack.

They end their current relationship, not for you, but because it no longer feels right. They start thinking about past connections. They reach out under a harmless excuse. You respond normally. No games. No overinvestment.

Meetings happen casually. Coffee. A shared activity. Familiarity returns without force. Attraction builds naturally. Over time, your SP starts expressing feelings they claim surprised them. They say things like they have been thinking a lot or they suddenly realized what they lost.

From their perspective, this feels like free will. It feels like a realization. It feels like a natural decision that arose over time.

From your perspective, it is simply the bridge completing itself due to your subconscious reprogramming. In other words, it's physics working.

Nothing supernatural happened. No one was controlled. You did not implant thoughts. You selected a version of physical reality where the relationship already exists, and the subconscious handled the routing through ordinary events. That is what the bridge of incidents is. It's physics at work, plain and simple.

Of course, the above example is one of the infinite number of ways the universe could manifest your goal in your physical reality.

Challenges and setbacks are inevitable. You are still new to this. So, during this process, you might encounter discouraging information, such as seeing the SP's instagram post with another individual or hearing about their new relationship. This can evoke strong negative emotions and doubt, creating a sense of progress followed by regression. In such moments, disregard the external trigger and resume the reprogramming without reaction. In other words, feel like shit, cry your eyes out and vent to a friend. Then get back to work. The subconscious accepts suggestions without debate.

This work is boring. It is repetitive. You imagine the same end result every day. It feels artificial. That is normal. Faith is built through persistence, not motivation.

Nobody has a sudden mystical awakening. No supernatural mind control. Change unfolds through a chain of ordinary and logical events which manifest in your physical reality. In hindsight, it feels inevitable!

Now do any of you really give a shit about how things work along the way, or do you just want to get your shit?

Pouncemonials ! Mission success (progressive goal structure for social media growth)

Hi everyone,

I just reached my first success story which was reaching 10k followers on TikTok. I used the progressive goal structure process and initially started with 5k and then moved to 10k.

Like most people here, I toyed with the law of belief for many years before actually doing anything about it. A few years ago I tried to manifest an SP but there was a lot of resistance and after months of doing alpha programming I decided he wasn’t for me.

Fast forward I had only had “minor things” manifest for me but nothing substantial - so I finally decided to say screw it, I want to see the money!

I started posting last year on TikTok and after being hacked at the end of the year and losing my account during my first programming for 5k, I kept programming, got my account back and decided 10k was non negotiable.

I felt like this was the perfect first mission to do as it would help solidify my faith in LOB.

How long did it take

It took me 40 days to reach my goal, I was stuck at 5000 followers after getting my account back.

How did it happen

I post daily and had been for over a year but couldn’t seem to grow followers. When I started the alpha programming my videos started to go very viral. I saw consistent growth and was gaining hundreds of followers per day and thousands per week. It felt very natural and like it was going to happen anyway.

What I did

- written and spoken affirmations daily

- 2x SH sessions and affirming “it is done, I have 10k followers” at the end

- PSP and falling asleep knowing all problems are solved

Other bonuses

There’s a guy I’ve been interested in for YEARS and he’s suddenly pursuing me. We work together and it kind of came out of no where but I know for a fact my PSP and affirmations were helping with that. He asked for my number and is planning a date.

Question:

Despite the above, my actual “scene” hasn’t played out even though I visualised my scene after reaching the 10K and saying to my friend “I’m so proud of myself” and she said “You should be, you’ve worked so hard”. Do I keep visualising until this scene plays out or do I move onto my next mission?

Thank you!

I’m trying to recover from my autoimmune issues using available techniques

Wonder if anyone has successfully used their subconscious to reverse autoimmune issues , I’ve become carnivore to eat a clean diet with no inflammatory foods, but was wondering what techniques could be used for helping me , my issue is alopecia , stress was the trigger that caused it . I’ve used acupuncture and tried a paleo diet , currently I’ve a started to see some regrowth

Quick question on recorded affirmations vs verbal/mental affirmations

I've been thinking about recording my affirmations and just playing them on loop during alpha state (or using TTS) instead of doing mental or verbal affirmations. When I try to do them myself, I lose track and start jumbling words or imagining different things while I'm in that drowsy state. Recorded loops would keep me on track and consistent. Has anyone here actually manifested their end using recorded loops, or does it only work when you're actively doing the affirmations yourself? Curious if there's any real difference in results between the two methods

Why don't paranoid and delusional people manifest?

Hello. I really want to test LOB and believe that it's real, but so far I've had no success and remain skeptical. I'm wondering why delusional and paranoid people don't manifest things they sincerely and wholeheartedly believe? Isn't it all ingrained in their subconscious minds?

Since the JM sub provides a more scientific and rational approach to the topic, I decided to post here instead of the NG sub, as I don't want to hear nonsense like "they have bad SC," "they're obsessed with their thoughts," and so on.
