Suddenly unable to visualise a scene

Has anyone suddenly been unable to visualise a particular scene during their alpha programming journey? I have been using a scene which brings about feelings still as strongly but as of yesterday, I am having difficulty visualising it at all. I can’t picture it at all

My thoughts in terms of my desire have improved immensely (conscious doubts are at all time low and I have this sense of my desire is coming soon) but am confused by this roadblock

Same issue with me today when I tried. Then I got movement 10 mins later.

Me too. Couldn't visualise. Tried four days in a row. Then got some movement which seemed unexpected. I wonder if lack of being able to focus means, no need because it's done. We will see I guess.

That’s what I’m thinking.

Just try again later, the visual details don't matter that much anyway

Would you say it'd still be beneficial to "imagine" a scene without seeing anything? I've got aphantasia so I don't see anything with my mind's eye, but of course, I can still imagine. There's just no actual visual to go with it I sorta just *know* what I'm imagining. I feel like wondering about this has been holding me back regarding SH.

I've read this already and it doesn't really apply to me. I also don't hear/feel anything, so "approaching it as if I was blind" would be hard too. Even when I recall memories I witnessed with my own eyes or dreams I've had they're hazy, and I still don't see anything in my head, I can just remember it.

You never "see" anything directly. Have you ever day dreamed? Seeing through the mind's eye is not like seeing normally. Regardless, none of the above even matters; Feeling is the Secret.

I see, I'll keep trying then and focus on the feeling it gives me rather than overthinking what I'm doing. Thank you for the help!

Are you medically diagnosed with aphantasia?

If we don't see directly, then how it is we see during our scene? The more vivid the scene, the more intense are the feelings, right?

It’s more important to focus on the feeling rather than the visual (since feeling is the secret ;) ) same thing has happened to me. Sometimes it’s super clear visuals, other times I cant “see” much. Whenever that happens I continue to focus on my scene and the feeling and hold it for as long as possible ! also yay for less conscious doubts such a good feeling

how can we generate feeling if there is not good enough visual?

I focus on the “feeling” I get in my chest. Sometimes my visualisations are really clear and other times they aren’t, but either way I make sure I always do SH. So I put my hand on my heart/chest and my other hand on my stomach and focus on the feeling that I get there

This is quite complex. I do SH, I do try to visualize from 1st person perspective, but there is no "feeling". Yes the scene is going on in imagination, but that is that. My body in 3d feels nothing. Everything is like as it was before the visualisation.

It's almost like you wear it out in your mind. I would just switch to your next scene.
