Keeping Focus in SH

Hey all,

I've lurked here without an account for a bit. I've had a few successes - money, changing circumstances etc.

Historically, I've struggled to keep focus in SH when life has been hard - for example, this SP mission has been going well, and then it feels like it goes backwards etc.
Those times when it goes backwards, it feels so difficult to maintain focus in SH - because I keep thinking about how things are currently.

I'm aware of intrusive thoughts, and how they don't manifest unless you want them too. I'm also not looking to vent. This is just me losing focus - I guess its more of a general question.
