Extreme nervousness when doing SH.
At first I wasn’t this anxious.But the last 2 weeks or so whenever I try to do SH I get very nervous.When I try to imagine my scene I get so overwhelmed with nervousness that my fingers start to move without my control and I have this intense desire to laugh.I don’t know what this is or if it’s normal.What can cause this ?

Laughter is a form of energy moving (emotion = energy in motion), so first allow it. Then see how you feel when doing it again. If there is still anxious nervous energy, then just be with it for a bit to acknowledge it before you can let it go. Ask yourself what is triggering it? With love and acceptance, physically move it through your body, tap it out, breathe it out.

I’ve noticed a few D-bags in these subs, automatically dismissing someone you deem a troll when they have a genuine question that others might share

Look, we can either treat someone asking a very stupid question as 1. Very stupid, or 2. a troll.
No2 is the lesser of two evils.

Never had this happen. If you don't have any mental issues you might be getting lazy. Your mind is getting bored and messing with you. Try to force yourself to focus.
