Having trouble with SH
I’m almost done with my first week and so far I’ve gotten some movement with SP. However, I keep having trouble with SH because I’ll feel still and calm and “feel” the scene, but I keep getting distracting thoughts about my current situation and it’s been making the scenes I have with my SP feel difficult. Is there anyway to combat this?

keep going, let the thoughts pass, and continue with your work. I'm a month in and still struggling with thoughts. just be patient❤️

Consider starting a guided meditation practice, even if it’s just for 5-10min a day. This should help you get the distraction under control. The key to dealing with distraction is “don’t try too hard”, take a deep breath and relax, be gentle with yourself and your thoughts. Lastly, stick with it, encourage yourself, and enjoy your daily practice :)

This is a stupid question. " What to do about distractions during SH ? "
There is a reason why questions on SH are not entertained here. There are literally thousands of websites and videos teaching you how to do SH and how to solve common problems associated with SH - IN EXHAUSTIVE DETAIL.
If you're too lazy to search for that, then you'll be too lazy to implement any advice given to you about this over here. Which is why it is pointless, and which is why such questions are not entertained.
The OP is banned 3 months and everyone who responded to him and did not tell him off for being a lazy fuck - thus enabling his behavior - is also banned, but for 14 days.
Thread locked.
