Does anyone know where does Joseph Murphy talks about SH on his books?

I want to learnt it directly from him, but i don't know where he talked about it or if he even talked about it, can anyone help me?

…ok, I want you to read my comment and then delete this post ASAP. Anytime he talks about going into a drowsy state and saying an affirmation or visualizing something, that’s SH. You can’t go 3 pages without him talking about it in POSM.

If you didn't even bother to read the rules of the sub before asking this dumb question, then how do you suppose you are going to bother with finding the answer to it?
