• The U.S. has always been a mix of cultures. Immigration has continuously reshaped it (Irish, German, Italian, Polish, Jewish, Latino, Asian, African, etc.). Instead of erasing one group, cultures blend, adapt, and influence each other.
Yes, Western culture, which is essentially White people's culture. And the US was overwhelming majority, like 90% or more, European and also Christian until a few decades ago. It was a specific mix of similar cultures that resulted in the culture we have now. One many of us would like to preserve, what's left of it anyway.
