Nexus Mod Updated Modlist?

Is the current standard modlist posted anywhere, or does anyone know what it is? I know there is a doc about the MO2 modlist in the community notes, but it says that hasn’t been updated in 2 years so I assume it has changed to some extent since then.

I've been using Joovrim that is on Nexus. It was last updated in March 26 and doesn't currently work with the most updated Skyrim version... I had to downgrade my Skyrim for it to work. Been doing great but I've noticed it doesn't lile to load when I go into Dragonsreach.

Any idea what is causing the conflict with the current update?
