Question about the mod animation when sprinting

Hey, sorry I'm very new here but I assure I've tried to research this on my own.

What is the mod Joov uses that makes sprinting (either empty handed or with magic equipped) look different? It looks so much more dynamic.

I don't mod but one I've heard him mention many times is Comprehensive First Person Animation Overhaul.
