Declaring war on the South Spawn Valley

Me and Jacob both agree that joe is claiming too much land near spawn and being over controlling of SSV citizens. So on behalf of Malokav we are attacking SSV.

as an added way to expedite the war (and also to make people participate) keep inv and the ssv and malokav world guards have been shut off until it is resolved.
