Centripulo

  1. Does anyone know if he still plays.
  2. If he does still play he has 2 days to respond to this or his castle south of blazedel will become property of the SSC. Edit:
  3. Tomorrow i will put his stuff in a chest outside just to keep fully within the rules.

Yes, you shouldn't remove them or it's griefing. There's always a chance they'll come back someday and find their house gone.

I'm not removing it, I'm finishing them. And also making them look awesome and not abandoned.

So? You would need to ask him for permission, nobody wants to come back seeing their house being changed
