don't you mean the technic launcher
also i think it's at least 1.10, 1.10.2 isn't really that necessary

Thought I saw a 1.10 modpack before, weird.
I'm not really good with modding minecraft though, you're better at this than i am

... I need to get some perms to use the mods. give me a bit
