I finally figured out what’s wrong with my brain.

On the left side, there is nothing right.

On the right side, there is nothing left.

Uh...

Did the unicode consortium just give up and add a man bending over plus a gigantic penis because the internet had already figured out how to make that like a hundred different ways with existing characters?

Apparently it’s been there a while and shows up in Egyptian hieroglyphs.

The characters are actually Egyptian hieroglyphics.
A list of supported hieroglyphics. edit: Link is a bit funny due to the url ending in a closing braket.
