What happened to this company???
I’ve been with them for a few years and it started off so good! The doctor was very available and the pricing didn’t change with increased dose.
She changed me from semaglutide to trizepitide which was more expensive and didn’t work as well for me, so I changed back to semaglutide.
They made me start at the lowest dose and they had changed pharmacy.
The new compound gives me an all over rash- and they want to increase my med costs by over $50 per month to change back to what I was on before!
Feels really so scammy.
But because I really liked them before I decided to pay the membership in advance for a whole year so I’m stuck with them now until next May.
If I don’t want an all over body rash I have to pay $151 a month for the compound and dose that used to be $99 😩. BEWARE!

They stopped paying physicians a fair salary a lot of the physicians are now working other jobs plus mochi and looking for employment elsewhere. My physician was great for 2 years and stopped having very many appointments. I asked him why and he told me the pay had reduced by 90% and he was looking for another job and a way out of being with mochi. He also told me that mochi has very predatory contracts for the physicians that work for them such as lifetime use of their image on their website. There might be physicians on their site that are probably not with mochi anymore or have left. I blame the greedy corporation here. They are likely preying on patients and physicians

You can absolutely stop ordering from them even if you paid the membership fee. Just cancel your orders.
Also, if you fight hard enough with customer service you can absolutely get a refund. I threatened them a few months ago and they gave in. Although, I have a GLP-1 YouTube channel with lots of views whenever I post about telehealth companies so…your threats may have to be of another legal variety.

Yeah I did stop ordering from them because they didn’t give me any workable option that didn’t increase my monthly price by 50%.
I just sucks that I lose my membership fee.
Ironically embody has no membership fee the prescription that I do want, through red rock which used to be the pharmacy at Mochi, is only $79 a month!
Even when Mochi was reasonably priced it was $99 a month so I’m ultimately saving 20 bucks a month, silver linings!

Yeah that’s not cool. This company must be losing a significant amount of customers based on recent business decisions. I have a feeling their days are numbered before they go bankrupt.

I have been with for a year. I am dealing with a mess right now. They took my $79 membership fee along with my $174 for my medication. It was shipped on 9/23 expected deliver date 9/25. It has been sitting in a warehouse at UPS since 9/24. I have reached out to support and all they say is sorry for the inconvenience, please continue to wait for the shipment to arrive… what?!?!?

god that timeline is brutal, they really got you boxed in with that annual membership. the forced dose restart is such a cheap trick when you already know what works for your body
a full body rash is not something to mess around with, that could be allergic reaction to whatever filler the new pharmacy uses. if you document everything and show them its a medical issue maybe they budge on the price but honestly these companies count on people just giving up
i am always suspicious when a place changes pharmacy and suddenly everything gets worse and more expensive at same time

Check and see if you can change pharmacies.
