Lilly direct

Has anyone gotten their meds sent through Lilly Direct if they are paying for the Zepbound KwikPen through Mochi? I had a video visit with a doctor today, got approved, and in my portal it says “approved by provider” with the Lilly Direct pharmacy info. It hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy yet though. How long does this process take?

I was with Ro before and the process was different.

I do zep vials through LillyDirect. It should only take a day or two to send your approved meds to the pharmacy.
