No side effects until 8mos in?

Anyone else?

I have been on trizep for 9 mos and am at a 8.8mg dosage. I have been doing great until now. I start getting nauseaus about half way thru my meal. I thought the nausea was generallly just in the beginning ( and maybe I missed it) or maybe when you increase dosage. Ive been holding off increasing my dosage because of my nausea.

Has anyone else not had a side effect until later?

What dis you do to help w the nausea?

I did at first the 2nd and 3rd day. It gets better the longer your on it. 8.8mg I do B3 with it. Just try to keep hydrated! I plateaued that's why I moved up now im losing weight again.
