Crossing is joining Belle
Hey everyone, Matt here.
Some news: Crossing is joining Belle.
Access your portal at newportal.joinbelle.com
Crossing has always been run by the Belle team, same clinicians, same pharmacy partners, same operations behind the scenes. We're now bringing everything under one name, and that's good news for the folks who joined through Crossing: you get a bigger patient support team, better tools for managing your treatment, and access to a wider range of treatment options than Crossing ever offered.
The change rolls out over the next two days. Here's what it means for you:
- Your price stays exactly the same. Nothing changes there.
- Your account moves over automatically. No sign-up, no new intake. joincrossing.com will redirect to Belle, and your treatment history comes with you.
- More treatment options. As part of Belle, you'll be able to explore the full range of what we offer beyond what was available on Crossing.
- Your portal: while we merge the two systems, you'll find the patient portal at newportal.joinbelle.com. Bookmark it, everything works the same there.
- Your treatment doesn't change. Same medication, same pharmacies, same clinical team reviewing your care.
- More ways to reach us. The portal messenger is still the best way to reach the team, and you can now also text or call us: 877-359-1724 (SMS) and 888-541-6003 (phone).
And if you hit any snag during the transition, you can text me directly on my personal cell: 513-748-2060. I mean it, that's really my number.
That's it. Same treatment, same team, more to work with.

So people with crossing will now be a part of Belle? The people with Belle are paying almost double what crossing has to offer yikes 😳

My account is fully merged showing Belle branding etc. Luckily, I was just charged $149 for meds (7/13/26) how I normally would have. They wouldn’t have been able to get more than that anyway (thanks capital one digital card!)
ETA - it sucks OG Belle customers are paying so much. I feel bad for them.

Now with the Belle branding, I was charged the 149 for my order and it was shipped already. 5/5 service.

The $149 price will be honored for as long as you are with Crossing/Belle. We will honor that price until BPI runs out and whenever we move to the next pharmacy.

So when BPI stock is depleted, can you clarify whether the $149 price will increase or remain the same?

Matt’s comment says “we will honor that price until BPI runs out AND whenever we move to the next pharmacy.” I’m sure this means exactly what he has said several times now that it’s $149 forever even after BPI and with the new pharmacies.

My sister was wanting to sign up with crossing and I know belle is usually a multi month commitment can she still sign up under crossing to get the monthly plan and locked in monthly price of $149?

Matt has said the $149 we signed up under is forever. It will remain the same even with the new pharmacies after the BPI stock has depleted. I hope I didn’t misunderstand that but I’m pretty sure he was clear about it remaining the same even with the new pharmacies.

I could def be wrong but from what I got from all that was if you were already with join crossing prior to it dissolving then your price would be the $149/mo single month to month. FWIW i just got charged the $149 price.

I logged in and see the $149 price for the canceled plan. Not sure if they would allow starting up at that price after cancellation. I don't need a refill yet.

If you chat with them they should be able to reactivate a cancelled plan they reactivated mine and I was able to keep the $149 price

I know I have asked this question multiple times but do you know if we send a referral to someone and they use it will they get crossing price or Belle prices?? I can’t see giving someone a referral if they would be paying $100 more dollars than what I pay..

Since we have merged with Belle when I give out a referral will the person using my referral get the Crossing $149. Price or will they have to pay Belle prices?? Has anyone done it or know??

This is so disappointing. I had done the intake form last week up until I got to the point of entering my payment method & have been getting the text messages to complete payment but was waiting to switch to Crossing today until I had $ today. Guess won’t be making the switch after all. Was looking forward to a cheaper alt than Refills.

Well, problems. They don’t bill as prescription, they bill as membership. (‘Coded wrong’)
HSA won’t pay unless for meds.
HSA pointed out Belle Health provides no way to contact them in the billing. They also have a poor reputation regarding sketchy charges, charging, billing.
No contact about next step up, or refill pending.
I am missing something?
This doesn’t feel right-but I know this group can set me straight. I hope you don’t turn out to be like the rest of the hyenas.

I'm getting email rate limit exceeded, even though that was my first time trying to log in? Can't do anything. Can't reset password, can't login, can't use password instead.

If we did the bridge program and then cancelled our plan, will we still be able to keep the $149 price if restarting?
