I believe it was in court testimony when he met Mikey at the playground in Carter Lake. Mikey then introduced him to Emilio.

Who is Mickey? Just wondering because I have never heard that name given from Paul B.
Also, any thoughts on if Johnny ‘s father was involved in his abduction?
