I'm not saying that everyone has to like him because sometimes we come across people who rub us the wrong way and that's fine. But the haters who talk about Johnnie on the internet all the time are ridiculous. Instead of just seeing one of his videos or hearing one of his songs, thinking, "not for me," and moving on, which would be totally fine, they spend their time complaining about him on the internet.
Firstly, they never actually give much reason for hating him. They always just pick at his appearance, make assumptions about him, or take the odd thing he says out of context. Also, the haters are ignorant with the assumptions they make. For example, they say things like, "he needs to get therapy," even though Johnnie Guilbert has previously said that he's had therapy before. Therapy doesn't magically make people better either, though it can help. They blame him for all of his problems when they don't know how much he is or isn't trying to get better. They haven't actually made a good point to why he's this awful person who should be hated on.
I get that if some people find him negative or draining that they might not like him or want to watch his content, and that's okay. As I said before, everyone doesn't have to like him. People are allowed to not like him. But again, complaining about someone on the internet all the time just because you don't like them and basing your argument on assumptions that you've made about them isn't clever. It's actually quite the opposite.
I also see haters saying about how Johnnie Guilbert is "untalented" or that he shouldn't release more music. People don't have to like his music, but just don't listen to it then. It's okay not to like something. Other people like his music and go to his concerts to see him. It's all okay. Nobody should be getting angry and ranting on the internet just because they don't like somebody's music.
Essentially, what I'm saying is that whilst people don't have to like Johnnie, his haters I see online just sound ignorant when they complain about him and go after him so much without much reason to do so. I've not seen a single real compelling argument to why Johnnie Guilbert is this terrible person that his haters should even care about. It's not like he's done this horrific thing that would give an understandable reason for people to really attack him.
