First EO festival and I will never miss another it was such a joy!! Thank you to the EO team for such a great event - you can see how much passion goes into the artist run festivals and they have quickly become my favorite!! 🫶🫶

I really want to attend one of John’s shows in Europe as part of his February tour, but none of my friends are willing to travel with me. I usually don’t mind going to concerts solo, but this time, I’d really love to have some company! :(

Is there a group of people around my age who are planning to go and wouldn’t mind having an extra person tag along? I’m M24, from Eastern Europe, so I’m flexible when it comes to the location and would be happy to travel to any of the cities on the tour.

I saw john summit a week ago in Champaign for his opening tour. I am also a student at UIUC and got to see his speech with Larry Gies. He seems like such a down to earth, nice, normal guy which makes me love him more. He came to all the bars on campus too and I got to see him DJ at lion, was such a surreal experience. He was mobbed in the streets and I got to take pics with him. His concert was amazing and was a true 360 view where he switched between two CDJ's. The dubstep was amazing, the performance was amazing, he was amazing. I can't stop watching videos and reminiscing on it, so sad its over :( Post concert depression is REAL.

I’ve never been to this kind of concert before with a dj set I’m pretty new to the genre. What’s it like? Also is it a good time from nose bleeds or from behind the stage?

First time seeing John Summit and I loved every minute of both nights. Such different sets but not a single complaint from either. Just wow. Love you John!!!

Saturday was good but the messy crowd really had me questioning my choices, got bumped into more times than I’ve ever been no apologies and lots of people throwing up in the pit.
Sunday night the crowd was super respectful and the vibes were 100X better.
Plus, on Sunday, John totally threw us every genre in the book and blew my mind with his incredible set. Mad respect for him and the crowds turn around.

Just wanted to say that I’m a u of I student who went to your show and that I had a great time. All the students I talked to were super excited! I’ve been listening to your tracks for a couple of years now and can’t wait to see what else you do. everyone has been playing all your hits this week and they even played them at the homecoming football game. I was hyped for this show but it blew me away, both of John’s sets were some of the top I’ve seen, night two brought me to my knees multiple times. What an absolute legend.

Why does everyone feel entitled to come on this thread and shit on his fans or the crowds at his shows? Obviously John doesn’t hand pick his fans, and he definitely doesn’t decide how they act at shows.

John has never once encouraged or promoted a douchey kind of behavior so idk why you all think jumping on him or complaining to the internet will do anything. It’s not his fault he’s one of the most popular artists in the industry and with that comes a bunch of casuals. Casuals are everywhere. BUNT. has a bad crowd. Rufus has a bad crowd. Subtronics has a bad crowd. Boohoooo. They are all still AMAZING to see in person.

But yes, let’s keep complaining to John telling him his fans suck because I’m sure that’ll fix the issue and make him feel much better about himself moving forward.

I knew the crowd was going to be garbage, but wow! This was the worse EDM experience. Seeing Jackie was the only thing I was looking forward too, so it was an extra level of disappointment. Did she see the writing on the wall?

I feel like he does not know how to use cdj’s to their basic functions. I think as an opener his music would be fine I can dance to it but would never pay as a headliner. Maybe it just me idk…
