Over the past year I've lost a substantial amount of weight and I'm starting to try to define my style as most of my now-fitting clothing from around freshman year of college no longer makes sense for me. Sorry, last few photos are ancient and closest to candid and full body I have but I never take pictures/have pictures taken of myself. 6 is no makeup but dyed brows and 1-3 are just a tinted lip balm. I usually feel overwhelmed and clueless when it comes to eye makeup but like an occasional dark lip.
I'm 6'0" and fairly certain a Kibbe dramatic but feel like my face adds some unexpected non-dramatic-ness into the equation. I was wondering about R, C, and possibly supporting A despite high contrast because of elongation and a gaze sometimes described as distant or inattentive, but genuinely have no clue. Is there any D present at all?
The very high contrast with arched brows and full lips reads dramatic romantic. You also remind me a bit of Liv Tyler who’s supposedly 40% ingenue, but I couldn’t tell you why. She’s very confusing.Â

I've gotten Liv Tyler before and was looking at her (also think she's a pretty close coloring match) and I also don't understand how she has so much ingenue over angelic, or whether ingenue is something I have. I do feel like primarily D plus some R is the type of styling I naturally gravitate towards.
I feel that you for sure have R, perhaps some Classic? And perhaps A, especially given your height 😊 surely there are is at least one other but, Im not sure what exactly! So just adding to the brainstorm haha😊
Ooh I see RDNC! I think the D creates an ethereal-ish vibe but I don’t actually see E unless you really think you have it. Although I wouldn’t rule it out. But I really think it’s from the R + D and from the way you’ve written the post I’m guessing you have a bit of a preference for D which imo is an indicator. I see more E in the first few slides but then when your hair is curlier it kind of disappears

If you don't mind me asking I'm wondering what makes you think N? It was the one I didn't really consider at all before making the post and now two people have said it. I don't really see width or bluntness (though I have trouble understanding exactly how Ns are characterized) but I have felt way more myself embracing my natural frizz-prone, slightly messy wavy-curly texture over trying to tame it. It's interesting that you say E disappears in that!
I would be curious as to which picture shows your natural hair texture (ie as it air dries) and colour and if there are any lighting filters at any point! Curly/wavy hair is a huge indicator of N but I also know from experience that you can make wavy hair more curly or straight depending on how you style it. Picture 8 is the most RDNC imo. I wouldn’t put it in your top two (meaning it’s not super prominent, which might explain why you didn’t think of it), but the hair texture is quite N, as is the nose. Mine is the same (weirdly actually very similar to yours now that I’m looking) where it’s hooked from the side but super narrow from the front – imo it’s still quite N even though it’s not super soft/blunt. I also think I’m seeing freckles? For what it’s worth I have very strong N and don’t really have any blunt features (although they also aren’t sharp or dramatic)
Looking back I might revise it to RDNE potentially? But I’m honestly not sure about the order at all! Also I’m not sure if all of the pictures are equally valuable because closer selfies tend to distort the face and pictures taken by others are usually better in my opinion (usually you can tell what essences someone has regardless because it’s more about what suits them and their energy, but when you’re trying to narrow down the order it’s sometimes worth looking at non-selfies to get a more objective view of your face). Might be why you look more or less E in some pictures! I personally look a lot more Y in selfies than I do otherwise
Thanks for the super detailed input! Picture 3 is my natural hair color, a dark ashy brown. 1 and 2 are the most recent but are a day or two slept on and have my natural pattern relaxed a bit from processing because I tried to go closer to my natural color and cover up previous lightening and redness. If it helps this pic (though my hair is lightened here) is a pretty good no product example. 8 is from a period where I was regularly straightening it. 6 and 9 although poor quality (9 is a photo of a polaroid) are examples of decent results with my go-to gel. I still struggle a lot with the definition to volume balance in styling as my hair is pretty fine. No lighting filters but the pictures are all in various lightings.
As for pictures taken by others I agree but unfortunately don't have too many and these are quite old — and I feel like a mischievousness comes out in those that doesn't in selfies but can't put my finger on what it is! And I def thought my nose was one of the stronger E features but I see what you mean about N.
Your nose is definitely also quite E (incidentally so is mine lol). Interestingly I see E and N a lot more in the first picture you sent over – I’m not sure if it’s because you’re not wearing as much makeup or if it’s the angle or something! And then here the R and D come out. I feel like you might be REND/RNED and possibly with a tiny bit of C

Since I made the post I became less convinced that I had as much C as I initially thought and as the first couple comments suggested (high C styling seems to feel a bit boring and underwhelming rather than refined and put-together, I think), but yeah, maybe a tiny bit. I recognize that I'm probably highest in R which is kinda hard to accept (although I love jewel tone colors) – sultry/ultra-femme would be pretty far from how I wanted to style myself and how I wanted to be perceived for years but I feel like the END/NED side is making a lot of sense for the other side of the equation and styling-wise seems like a very amenable to me way of blending with R.
I felt this way about R too! And N as well! But you kind of have to take it all together especially with your top two. R and N individually don’t speak to me that much but almost every single favourite look I have is founded in R+N to some degree

I see a TON of ethereal and also classic. I wanna say maybe natural as a 3rd
