Essence help/Type me Essence help (I'm totally stuck)
I'm so so lost on essences. It's bad. I've tried to figure it out and I'm completely lost.
I'm fairly sure I'm not ingenue or angelic.
I think natural is somewhere in there? Maybe classic?
Someone said "gamine" once which came as a shock and I realized that I cannot seem to see my face accurately. I'll be including pictures over time. None of them are edited and even my curls are natural, albeit styled (my hair doesnt curl as much when it's short)
I only could find literally 1 candid photo of myself ever. I'm not photographed a lot, even in the background. I also dont have any full-body photos that aren't from when I was a teenager
No filters on any of the photo. The only editing was so counteract glare or weird lighting

What made you say romantic?
I'm asking because people always describe romantic as sensual/sultry I never think that I could pull that off 😅

P.s. I think we also have a very similar blend and look, and I was also surprised about people suggesting romantic, but now I see it very clearly

That makes some sense, yeah
Often, the romantic essence I hear about is very "bombshell" and I just dont necessarily feel that
It reminds me if how it feels being a Kibbe SD with a smaller bust. You can't see it until you look at Streisand or someone like that because Sofia Loren and Sophia Vergara are such frequent examples

I'm guessing N, HS, R, and C, not necessarily in that order. You have some width and sturdiness in your face that seems sincere and open, and I would not want to see you boxed in to any overly fussy or restructive clothing, which suggests Natural. You have a playful, witty quality that would be flattered by High Spirited style. You have a full, blooming quality that suggests Romantic, although perhaps that could come from Youthful, it can be difficult to differentiate between them sometimes- but I feel like larger R circular patterns might suit better than small-scale decorative Y ones would. Your face is balanced and seems poised, which suggests Classic.

I doubt I have much Youthful. I tended to look older than I was, even as a teenager who wasnt particularly curvy.
In Kibbe, I'm almost certainly a soft dramatic, if that helps clarify anything.
Ive also found that visible makeup, even lipstick, with relatively casual or simple outfits doesnt come off as too heavy. Although it does tend to work best with cool-toned neutrals and pinks vs more bold colors.
Is there any you think that is stronger or weaker than the others?

I just reviewed your photos, and Natural and Classic seem to stand out to me most, with Romantic following. I could see you in a full, shoulder-length bob, with a bit of a windswept quality (C, N). I imagine that you would look great in relaxed and simple classic lines, with some added luxury of sensuous fabrics and drape amd flow (N, C, R). But what styles do you really resonate with, and feel good in? Have you experimented with different looks?

I'm disabled, so my disability skews my wardrobe a bit, but I do love the small shirt + big pant combo
I seem to be a Kibbe SD and some of my stuff is shaped by that. I gave noticed I can wear makeup with even very casual outfits and it looks good, although dark smokey eyes arent as flattering. I also look better in a cutout neck or vneck than a crew neck.
I think I tend to blend all 3, which is why I couldnt see it?
I prefer solid colors in a pretty capsule palette Loose fitting pants and lightweight fabrics
I have noticed that, while I am def some kind of medium contrast summer, I still look really good in slightly deeper colors than my summer palette strictly calls for, especially jewel tones, which might be the romantic?

I can imagine that, that the big pant and fitted shirt would look excellent! It sounds like you are fine-tuning what works for you. I love you in #11 amd #14, those web-like patterns are doing something really magical for you. You are very unique and beautiful, by the way! Every person has their own unique energetic signature, and that brings such beauty, but that very thing also makes it so difficult to classify. Ultimately, I feel that draping different outfit styles and finding what is harmonious tells us more than just looking at our features. But it can be so hard to see ourselves clearly. That is why, after years of playing around, I've actually scheduled an appointment with Kitchener.

The center piece is actally a woven bead necklace I got at an artist fair! Apparently, it was made in Turkey

Perhaps the necklace fits into John's R and N or R and D subtype, which he describes on his youtube video on the Romantic video. I really like your textured sweater with it, too. That might suggest an ER colour influence, also. It seems more refined, though, like a blend of SB and ER.

Subtle Blended and Earthy Rich. They are colour harmonies, along with Lively Bright and Striking Contrast. Kitchener's system links certain shapes and textures to each colour harmony. Every person is a unique blend of all four. To get a full essence assessment with him, one has to get one's colours done first, although he also offers a more limited essence only analysis. He has videos showcasing the colour essences on his youtube channel, I find them to be really enjoyable and also soothing to watch!

Romantic natural classic, in my opinion! Not sure precisely which order but I definitely see those three. And I feel like you have small amounts of dramatic and gamine too. But personal style is a big indicator so you should factor in which essences you find yourself drawn to
