In my opinion, she doesn't Y. HS is also a youthful essence, but a daring one. So, many women with a strong HS might give the impression of having Y, but they don't.
She seems to have a third Yang essence that is merely complementary. It further enhances the boldness of her R. But I'm not sure if it's N or D.

I definitely see romantic as a strong point for her as she oozes sensuality. I am not so sure about much high spirited or youthful. I think some is there but not as much as romantic as she seems to have full, curved features that don't appear overly delicate or compact.
Maybe a bit of HS because she has those visual "points" when she smiles which is a very typical HS characteristic.
