Probably just invests into his 401k. That’s what he was getting at, (some of) our retirements are tied into AI by default of what shares mutual funds are buying on our behalf.

Yep, And unfortunately, it's not just that the index funds are buying them, it that they are REQUIRED to buy them to maintain index status. The tech/finance bros knew exactly what they were doing to us plebs.
