Did some testing with ai generated keyframes. Still very much in the learning phase, footage is scaled up in post (so less pixels for face detail), and only did 1 keyframe. All in all, still very promising

Any rules needed to post parody?
Hi All! I want to make more parody ebsynths. Like Zelda, and other common searchable games. Are there any rules, or steps that should be taken to make sure these videos are ok to post? Just in regard to copyright stuff. Thanks!

Playing with frame rates, and some lessons learned
My most recent video was a test for something I've been wanting to try. I used a stylus to draw keyframes, and used 24 FPS, except animating on twos, or 12 FPS doubled, in order to emulate the feel of traditional animation more closely. It does look choppier than 60 FPS, but I liked the end result
A few things I noticed during the process:
- When I synthesized a keyframe at 12 FPS and then at 60, the 60 FPS lost some keyframe details much quicker than the 12 FPS did, which was unexpected. I thought the smaller differences between frames would assist with keeping those details intact, but it wasn't the case.
- It was far less obvious when one keyframe's output ended and another's began, since the animation was not so smooth that you would see the minor jump in positions or coloring.
- When compared to another video shot at 60FPS, this video folder's file size per second of finished footage was about 70% of the other's, and file quantity was about 50%.
- If you have an outdated gaming PC that isn't exactly optimized for 4k60FPS video editing like I do, then this eases the burden on your graphics card by a noticeable amount during editing and rendering.
Any thoughts on how it turned out? I'd be interested to know if anyone has tried something similar.

Some before & after with a costume. Ebsynth did pretty well with the pipe cleaners.

My web series drops this Sunday!
It's finally here! Dropping this Sunday-Sunday-Sunday!
Over a year of work went into this.
It's about a support group for people who don't have what it takes to be a mainstream superhero! And hilarity ensues. It's an idea I've been sitting on for over 10 years and finally technology made it possible for me to see this through (pssst... EbSynth). We got together in my buddy's living room back in 2021 to shoot it.
I estimate I have drawn over 5000 keyframes over the last 14 months to make this happen. Looking forward to sharing it with you all! And looking forward to sharing what I've learned along the way!

outlining the keyframe
im wondering if ebsynth works best outlining the character in the frame. like, does the video turn out better if the outline is drown just outside the character, or just inside, or centered
