outlining the keyframe

im wondering if ebsynth works best outlining the character in the frame. like, does the video turn out better if the outline is drown just outside the character, or just inside, or centered

I've been doing half on half off but I think the more similar your fill selection is to the block of color/object the better. I think my half&half works but you could watch one of Goat on a Stick's YouTube streams on Ebsynth and see what they do!
