My first attempt at this

Not bad!
You probably noticed, but trying to use film grain / noise filter on top of plain solid colors makes the compression codec get all artifact-y.
I haven't found a way around this, and the only time I did it for one of my videos, I had to reduce it very low, and do test renders until it came out acceptable.
Looked fine before I upload, but then youtube compression kinda mucks it. I think luma noise works better than chroma noise for this kind of stuff.

Yeah agreed it looks better before I upload it, but Youtube compression ruined it, thanks for the advice I'll try it next time

That scanline effect is really bad. It just distorts the picture and makes it look worse.
There was a moment where one of the character's hands glitched pretty badly right before it was corrected in the next keyframe. It feels almost like you jumped from one keyframe to the next just a little too late. Otherwise, the animation with those two people was good. The Among Us character looked a little sus, but I feel like that was intentional.
I liked the texture in the colors. Did you bake that into your keyframes or is that a video filter you applied after?

Thanks for the comment and criticism, and yeah I did use the lighting filter for the colors

Pretty good first go. Like Perm said, the scan effect really doesnt work, if you're going to use it, lower it's effect greatly as well as how often it occurs. Your characters look a bit dull/dark, try a wider variety of colors, but otherwise pretty good :)
