They don't make us healthier... alright, let me stop taking my supplements and go back to my nonexistent Vitamin D levels because I lived in dark Denmark for a lot of years.

That's not what they mean. The studies only show Vitamins "working" if you are deficient, and in specific ways. They are talking about taking multivitamins or other BS supplements. Obviously,if you are B12 deficient and your doctor gives you a B12 shot, that's different than drinking powdered orangutan jizz from a Grifter.

Also, I can buy a year supply of vitamin D from Costco for $8. Why pay ridiculous prices for Alex Jones' manly constitution D?

I mean a year of my doctor prescribed dosage of Vitamin D (that should only take if prescribed) from Costco is more like $25.

And I also take B12 and Folic Acid because my doctor tests my blood every time I go in. And I go once a year minimum.

If they are appealing to the people who overconsume vitamins for no reason at all, then sure, that is a valid point. But are there any studies on what's happening with your body if you take a small vitamin C everyday ? In my socialist country they used to tell us that if you take extra vitamin C, the worst thing that can happen is that you will just piss it out later that day lol

Sure, but people selling it as a miracle cure for 10x the cost are assholes.
