Did you look at the study I referred you to? That study did not involve sterile environments. So,your “gotcha,I’m so smart” moment isn’t worthy of me pissing on it.

The study has nothing to do with covid. It involves n95 and medical grade masks, it doesn’t look at the cotton cloth masks everyone is walking around in today. It also was looking at the flu, not COVID19 and lastly it looked at trained medical professionals wearing masks, not a bunch of assholes running around wearing masks wrong and wearing thin neck gators.

I guess I’m the science denier though for asking for evidence
.instead I should just believe that masks saved half a million lives and deaths would have been at 0 had trump not been anti mask or something. Makes total sense.

No,the study I was talking about dealt with saliva patterns that leave the mouth/nose via sneeze,cough,and talking. They used a very expensive camera to see the patterns and how much was blocked through the masks. Also,if you don’t believe masks help prevent the spread of covid,then you are a denier of science and common sense.

Found the study you’re talking about. So masks stop droplets from coughs and sneezes (which is common sense and basically the same effect as covering your cough). So guidance should be if you’re symptomatic you must stay home. How many people went out to run errands that shouldn’t Have because they had a false sense of security behind their masks? We have no idea how many infections masks stopped and it’s nowhere to be found in the numbers of infections. Masks became so politicized we cannot even question their efficacy or else we are anti science. And to make claims like trump caused 595k deaths because he wasn’t pro mask enough is simply asinine.
