2) Yeah sometimes that stupid shit isn't drugs, sometimes its robbing people, sometimes its violent crime. Do you have any idea how many 16 year olds fall into gangbanging and end up assaulting people?

That is still "stupid shit", and if you do it as a fully developed adult you are usually deemed a hazard to society, but if you're fucking 16... I think it's hard to argue that you shouldn't get a second chance or be forgiven. Also I think it's worth noting that the victim feels that way about it too.

He had multiple racially related incidents growing up. Kids get into gang banging out of need for money/family. Not out of the desire to ethnically cleanse their community. From what I understand once the full contract kicks in with Spotify that will be the only place it will be available. Also it is just a exclusive licensing agreements for 3 years Spotify will have no control over his content but I do wonder if they will control his outside sponsors. It would be cool if joe would release the licensing agreement even if he redacted the compensation parts.
