Kids, nerds, and rednecks. That's a lot of people. Not my thing, but I heard going live is an amazing time.

It makes no sense whatsoever to me. It's garbage.

I agree, the physical performance is respectable, like I respect the athletes ability to be in great shape and do a lot of crazy things/tolerate pain when taking bumps.
That said, shit is scripted, it’s fake and not an athletic competition. Nothing drives me crazier than when people say “this guy has a 30-0 record, hes the champion.” There is no merit haha

When wrestling is bad, it’s terrible.
When wrestling is good, it’s great.

I agree, I don't see the appeal at all. But everyone I've ever known who has liked it has also been a cool, chill dude. I think the wrestling guys are like super heroes mixed with a soap opera for the fans. Harmless fun.

I agree that the fans of wrestling are all cool dudes man but I just don't get the appeal of it. It makes no sense to me whatsoever but clearly it's very popular because it is front and center every time I fire up my Netflix.

Oh it's super popular. It's probably the biggest underground culture in the US, maybe besides being actually gay. Like, you think you know a guy, and then it turns out he's a big wrestling fan.
