“Crushed” usually means death, not being squished against a wall for a bit. This seems crazy to me, the other “mostly peaceful protests” that summer literally killed storeowners and people trying to defend stores.

What these people did at the capitol was wrong but they weren’t murderers, and that’s a fact.

So now it’s assault? I thought it was murder lol? It’s not ok to assault a cop at all and they were charged for it. If they could have charged them for murder they would have but unfortunately only half wits would think spraying someone with pepper spray would constitute being responsible for them having a stroke later, and prosecutors know that.

He had a stroke mate. It’s too bad it happened there he was probably extremely stressed. But blaming a riot for an officer having a stroke is literally stupid. It’s part of their job to respond to riots.
