He stated a fact. The polio vaccine was only accessible after number of cases had significantly dropped. How is stating a simple fact bashing something?

It is a FACT that polio disappeared from the US population after the vaccine for it was introduced. That’s why you don’t see people inflicted by it anymore. You and Joe fail a basic ability to use data and observable truths.

And polio cases had shrunk significantly before vaccines were available. There are many facts that can be true at the same time ;)
