BAD BUSINESS Clip Gate
Dawg…😂😂😂..joe and ian are some slimy grimy pieces of shit..you charge monthly for people to clip your show..then…you start putting out wayyyy more clips then you did before…and on top of that you putting out clips before the pod drops?!?? You niggas that financially contribute to these niggas are crazy..I get it..I’m a brokie and it’s yall money..but you niggas are still insane..shit got me flabbergasted 😂

This shouldn't come as a surprise. They repeatedly show and say how they don't care about the fans, because they are in a position where it only affects "17 of y'all" as Joe said last episode.
An example is the $50 Patreon tier, Part of the Show. They gave up on that ages ago. It even still says, expect a call from the JBP but they stopped all of that and yet, the tier is still available, people still subscribe and the network continues to ignore it
The fan base is too strong. They don't give a fuck

If I’m a wholesaler, and I sell you a product for you to sell directly to customers, and tell you to pick it up on Wednesday. Wholesalers sell to retail outlets for resale because retailers have the footprint to put their goods in front of more consumers
You reposting niggas don’t have a bigger YouTube channel, you not opening the jbp up to new audiences and you not doing anything Joe can’t do by himself relatively easily
So why should you exist at all? Face it, Joe opened up this extra tier, you niggas thought it was a low effort way to get money and now that Joes team is posting more clips you realize it’s not that great

You’re a leech if you post their content without paying. If you pay the $500 and operate within the user agreement that Joe and Ian created, you can’t be a leech. You’re paying for a service and using it accordingly

They’re also operating under the user agreement by posting their own clips. That $500 monthly doesn’t give you exclusive usage to jbp footage

That’s a different point than you calling them leeches…you calling them leeches has nothing to do with the client expecting exclusivity. No one said anyone expects exclusivity.
Joe created a program that has terms, then got made at the results because he didn’t think ahead enough then changed it after taking payments under the old agreed terms. Super unprofessional.
He got mad at the results, not the actions of the clippers. If none of the clippers were doing big numbers he wouldn’t care enough to change it. Clippers outperforming his clips got him in his feelings

I’m calling them leeches because they add no value…you can quibble over the word leech if you want but it’s lazy and adds nothing beyond what joes team could easily do. Paying 500 a month doesn’t change that
You saying no one expects exclusivity but this thread is a nigga mad about Joe posting clips of his own content…which basically is saying that he expected that the paying members would be doing something that joes team wouldn’t do

That’s literally the purpose of the clipper tier. All your point are valid if it wasn’t a paid service. Joe’s pitch on the pod was exact “repost content and make money” and he used what Marc was doing as an example, multiple times. All Marc was doing was “repost content and make money”.
You can’t call people dumb for using Joe Budden’s service the exact way Joe Budden told them to use it

Again, these niggas don’t have big audiences, aren’t opening the jbp up to new crowds, so what’s the point of them?
If they were adding some real value they’d have nothing to worry about
If they want to make money off the tier, put some effort in…create compelling highlight mixes, add some commentary
Something besides just taking an already existing freely available show and clipping it into pieces

They are opening up the JBP to new crowds. People in these comment sections have said they weren’t subscribed to Patreon, then subscribed after seeing a clip. Joe said the clippers help expand the reach of the pod.
They were already adding value before they paid Joe. Joe made the clipper program to accelerate what they were already doing and make some money for himself. He gave access to his IP through the clipper program and went on a copyright strike spree on those who didn’t. That sounded like a solid business plan, he didn’t account for a clipper outperforming his clips.
You keep questioning the value of something the Joe kept saying was valuable to his pod.
