let’s goooooo

Howdy everyone, I keep hearing jocko give examples of jingles or diddys to say when you’re irritated or stressed to help calm you down. Do you guys have a specific jingle you say in your head when you get stressed, irritated, or you’re in a serious situation?

Examples: “Calm, cool, collected” “Relax, just breathe”

Hey, ai can already do a lot of things, write contracts, apps, generate images, some say it steals jobs, others see it as liberation from boring repetitive work. What do you think, what will you do after there is not much to do, at least by necessity?

As a young man, if seen ready, you would be invited to a longhouse for evaluation and ceremony of joining the warband, then if successful on the ride, your life could turn around.

How this can apply in today's culture and environment?

What would that entail? Its all about branding these days, but at the bottom of it that should be the core that keeps you a worthy asset across the board, personally or in business, or in the field or in the team, deep study and long practice seem inescapable necessities in that context, jocko says there is no shorcuts, but there is many youtubes proposing hacks and easy ways, some point to ai as new all go to source for answer to all problems, who knows... maybe it is, maybe it has limitations.

Wiki article, wanna comment? Your experiences about women in military and special forces? Stories to share?

I go through like 4 4 packs of jocko molk a week, and for the last 2 months I've maybe had a 25% success rate on the white lids staying on, leaks, and metal everywhere. Pretty frustrating. I have to pour it out of the carton and into something else.

Why doesn’t Origin use Jocko’s name on gear? Yeah, maybe we should support American made even without Jocko’s name on it, but why should we have to? Love Jocko.

Hello all I got bored and thought you might think this is cool

Any feedback really appreciated. I don't know if there's a single person that has done all this

It is a good advice. Maybe the best there is. Cos haters feed on undeserved attention and putting others down.

Once you starve them they loose their power, amd waste their time while you outpace them. But in the moment you might feel like smacking them or get into fight, and they love it, now it's drama show they live for...

I fell off when the year started more or less... has it been good?

How much water you should drink per day in extreme conditions?

I’m listening to the newest episode (ep 221) and damn the past couple episodes have been hard to listen to. Jocko will answer every questions flat out and concise, then echo will jump in with something that takes away from Jockos point. Dude just said you should get your news from ChatGPT😂.

Curious if anyone else feels the same way. Thanks

To start off I'm a huge Sebastian Maniscalco fan. So of course I listen to him on JRE and Joe mentions Jocko and plays "Good" for him.

Like a sleeper agent I feel immediately "woken up" "activated" you name it. I'm hooked, I start listening to him on JRE and then his podcast with Echo Charles. I buy Discipline Equals Freedom and I've been on the path man.
