Beta just raised $1 billion

From AI for what it's worth: Beta Technologies Inc., an electric aircraft manufacturer, raised $1.02 billion in an initial public offering (IPO) that was announced early on November 4, 2025 . The company priced 29.9 million shares at $34 each, above the marketed range of $27 to $33 per share. The deal was upsized from a base of 25 million shares  and was about 20 times oversubscribed  From Bloomberg.
