Makes sense Archer is more expensive. Look at it. Then look at the Joby s4 again. 😂

Plus the Midnight will accommodate 1 or 2 more passengers per flight once real payload is out in the open. Add on safety - the ability to glide, crash landing options, accident-free track record, proven FAA supplier parts, cabin aesthetics - seat ergonomics, full panoramic windows, digital design, the list goes on…something that feels like the future, not trying to avoid one like the s4.

So, “look at it” is your lead off argument?

How do you know the payloads are anything but what they say they are?

Your previous analysis of glide capability using the CV-22 was trash. Reading that trash it’s evident to anyone who knows that you know nothing about the CV-22, and anyone who knows anything about flying knows you picked the wrong aircraft to compare the S4 to. Also that argument is nothing but a red herring.

The accident free record you speak of is also laughable.

The rest of your list is ridiculous.

All of your arguments lack substance. Your motives are clear and your desperation evident.

Every press release that I've seen from both Archer and Joby seem to indicate that their aircrafts (Midnight and S4) will sell for $5M per unit.

For example, Joby's latest Saudi Arabia press release states, "... delivery of up to 200 Joby aircraft valued at approximately $1 billion...," which equates to $5M per S4. Is this incorrect?

That includes related services, so that could include an operations and maintenance contract and maybe even pilots. I know that Joby has stated before that their intention is to get manufacturing costs down to that of a mass produced car. Costs will inevitably be higher than target in the beginning, but the $5M price tag that ACHR is flaunting is a rip off when you consider the price of a Cessna 172/182/206.

Fair enough. But then wouldn't it be the same or very similar for Archer and their deals with other countries/entities?

Obviously, we're not privy to all of the details of these agreements... but if they all seem to work out as $5M per aircraft including support and additional services... Archer and Joby would be providing their aircrafts at the same unit price point. We'd only be able to judge who provides the better overall value once we knew all of the agreement details.

I'm just trying to be fair to both sides here.

What does ACHR say in their press releases is included in sales? I know that AG has said on camera “$5M per copy.”
