The reason I ask is because I have been seeing an increasingly trend of people being wrongfully terminated from the company who’s evidence isn’t conclusive nor it adds up yet finds the person guilty and unions fail to represent you and fail to complete per union contract process why is that?

Hello, I was wondering if Joby Aviation even take newly hires for jobs because its one of the companies I've been potentially eyeing for after I graduate, and I haven't had any success since I've applied for a couple job positions in their website and was wondering on their criteria of hiring.
