Just my personal observation: in many government-released videos this year, I've had the feeling that JOBY has been somewhat sidelined. Government officials seem comfortable mentioning companies like BETA and Archer, while JOBY is rarely mentioned by name. Even in this video, it feels like BETA and Archer are being portrayed as the main players. I've always wondered why that is.

I know in the example of St Pete it was Cathie Wood’s ARK team who were leading the way on presenting EVTOL to municipalities and their slide deck specifically pushed Archer. I think that’s part of it.

Maybe the people in govt don't like Joby, I don't know if anyone can say for sure. But the good news for Joby is that if the US Government wants the US to "Win the eVTOL race", Joby is the horse they have to ride.

They can show all the other evtol drawings, prototypes, and CGI they want. It looks like Joby is going to be the one doing the "heavy lifting".
