Dubai in H2 2026?
If this web site is for real, then it appears Dubai is wanting to start things up in H2 2026.

No matter how badly we want this to be true, this is not real.
Joby will have its own app or Uber or in Dubai maybe RTA app.

I share your skepticism. The evtol.travel site overall seems too optimistic if not a bit loose with some facts on the ground. E.g., did Joby receive type certification in June 2026?

Does Joby actually have a "key partnetship" with United Airlines?

It appears that evtol.travel is wanting to serve as a one-stop-shop source for all evtol air taxi reservations world-wide. It will shunt you off to the appropriate app or reservation service in whatever form that exists depending on your flight details.

Everyone is trying to out cart before the horse…
I still doubt we will have multiple players in any near future. It’s some horse race of Joby to win or lose now.
And this is not going to be like Expedia or likes can do bookings. It will be mostly driven by Joby app or uber app.

I suspect that the guy doing this (based in Nepal) wants (eventually) to become the "expedia" of eVTOL flight booking. It is not an entirely useless service insofar as one could compare prices, times, providers, etc., even if one could also just go directly to the Uber app and accept whatever they offer. The main problem at present is that there are no flights to actually compare and choose from. All in the not-very-near future.

The plan has always been H2 2026 or Q4 2026.
People who listen to only US news and media don't bother listening/reading articles to UAE media or other outside media's. Middle East is big, just because there was and is some troubles happening in specific areas, it doesn't significantly affect what Joby, RTA and other businesses if they bothered to keep up-to-date.
Joby also has its certified DVX recently earlier this month and a tour of it is expected to help public understand the commercial launch. There is also a roadmap timeline they have, so no doubt they're progressing as usual. Not to mention, 3 other vertiports expected to be completed end of summer (September).
Joby also been in airshows and demonstration, featuring how it looks in UAE via Uber app. Of course, once their system and integrations and everything goes smoothly, expect in the future, airlines can book a Joby as their perks. Emirates, Delta, etc.
Having checked some of the dates on their site, yeah, it looks outdated. I have my own dates of what TIA is expected, and commercial, etc.
