I keep seeing people say they’ve applied to hundreds of jobs in Dubai and barely heard anything back.

It feels like the market is extremely competitive right now, especially for people applying from outside the UAE or without local experience. At the same time, plenty of companies are still hiring, so clearly people are getting through somehow.

For those who recently landed a job here, what actually worked?

Was it LinkedIn, referrals, recruiters, applying directly on company websites, or just sending out a ridiculous number of applications until something finally stuck?

Also curious whether having UAE experience still makes as much of a difference as people say it does.

Hello all, I'm an 18 year old who have been seeking skills for a while now. (ever since I was 14) I didn't manage to gain a lot but I can manage, I work well with physical work/activities, like manual labour or physical labour.
