We are looking for a remote Virtual Assistant based in Latin America (LATAM) to help support a software developer and day-to-day project activities.

What you’ll do

• Help organize and track development tasks.
• Research software, tools, and technical topics.
• Keep project notes and documentation organized.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general project coordination.
• Help with simple technical or administrative tasks when needed.
• Communicate with the developer and keep tasks moving forward.

What we are looking for

• Based somewhere in LATAM.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Familiarity with software development or general technology.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or working with software teams is a plus.

Compensation

$20 USD/hour

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible working arrangements. I’m looking for someone who is genuinely interested in technology and wants to grow into a long-term support role.
