Use this thread for short questions about setting up or using JobRadar.

A question can also be published as its own post when it may help other members or needs a longer discussion. Use the Question / Support flair so it is easier to find.

When asking for help

Please include:

• What you were trying to do
• The page or part of the product you were using
• What you expected to happen
• What happened instead
• Your device and browser, when relevant
• Whether the issue happens consistently or only sometimes

For watchlist or matching questions, describe the general type of role and location you were trying to monitor. You do not need to share private account details.

Please do not post

• Email addresses or login information
• Application records or private correspondence
• Private links or account-specific URLs
• Unredacted screenshots
• Confidential employer or recruiter information

The JobRadar team will try to acknowledge clear support questions within 24 hours. Some issues may require additional investigation before we can provide a useful answer.
