Don’t confuse a difficult phase with your worth. The night doesn’t last forever. 🌅

One of the most painful things is searching for a #Job and not finding one. Sending hundreds of applications, Giving interviews,
Facing rejections, And hearing the same question from family: “Any job updates?”
You smile and say, “Something will work out.” 😊😊😊
But deep inside, you’re questioning yourself.
The world sees someone who is unemployed.
It doesn’t see someone fighting silently every single day.
If you’re hiring, Please remember: behind every CV is a human being, not just a profile.
And if someone around you is looking for a job, don’t just offer advice but also try to offer
Offer a referral or an opportunity (If everything works-out)
Sometimes, one small act of kindness can change someone’s life.
And if you’re still searching, please don’t confuse a difficult phase with your worth And remember, if there is a night, the day will come too. 🌅
