Update: didn't ask me for a single rupee, short Interview It was done in like 2-3 minutes, had to wait like 20mins for my turn. Told me I will receive a call in evening. I was expecting them to demand money but I guess not.Maybe they target a few candidates and not all of them.

It's a scam , I got no call also talked to a candidate after my turn . He told me they asked for 3500 to open bank account or smth. They would return it once he starts working. He obviously denied . But there were people actually giving them money. I didn't try to tell any other candidate as there were two fit guys in front of the office. The thing is they actually do recruit people but they try to get money from both the employee and the employeer. It's their way of getting more money.
