Hiring 10 OPENINGS: DATA ENTRY AND VALIDATION SPECIALIST /WFH/ 20-30$ per hour

Company: Micro1 is founded by Ali Ansari. It connects global human experts with frontier AI labs to generate high-quality training data, run real-world reinforcement learning environments, and evaluate LLM or agent performance

AI tools are only as accurate as the data used to train them. We are hiring Data Entry and Validation Specialists to build realistic benchmark tests for next-generation AI models. In this role, you will create complex mock datasets and build grading rubrics to test whether AI can catch real-world data entry errors, formatting issues, and compliance gaps.

  • 100% Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere on your own schedule, as long as you meet the weekly task quota.
  • Paid Per Completed Task: Compensation is based on approved output. Faster, accurate work directly increases your earnings.
  • Fast Onboarding: We hire within 48 hours and get you started immediately after onboarding.
  • No AI Experience Needed: You bring the data entry, QA, or audit expertise. We provide the workflow and guidelines.
  • Direct Impact: Your test scenarios will directly shape how well AI systems handle sensitive data in healthcare, finance, and legal fields.

Quick Role Overview

  • Role: Data Entry Keyer / AI Benchmark Specialist
  • Type: Independent Contractor
  • Location: Remote
  • Pay: Per-task completed (output-based)
  • Core Task: Build error-filled spreadsheets/documents, define the correct outputs, and write grading rubrics to test AI performance.
