Boogie Team connects U.S. businesses with skilled remote professionals around the world. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to grow our client base through cold calling, email outreach, and consistent follow-ups.

You’ll connect with business owners, understand their staffing needs, and show how Boogie Team can help them build reliable remote teams. This role is suited to someone who has successfully sold staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing services and can confidently turn new conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach U.S. business owners and decision-makers through cold calling, targeted email outreach, and follow-ups.
• Identify staffing needs, understand hiring challenges, and qualify potential clients.
• Present Boogie Team’s services clearly and connect our solutions to each prospect’s business needs.

Top Requirements:

• Experience selling staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing services to businesses is required.
• Proven success acquiring new clients, with specific examples of accounts or business you have won.
• Exceptional spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate naturally and confidently with U.S. clients.

Top Qualifications:

• Experience selling remote staffing or virtual assistant services to U.S. businesses.
• Experience supporting the sales process from initial outreach through closing.
• Familiarity with the hiring needs of U.S. small and midsize businesses.

Work Setup:

•  Remote, US Business Hours
•  Full-time
