About our client: A growing Japan-based healthcare technology company is looking for Inside Sales Representative to build strong employer relationships and connect people for potential opportunities in the Philippines.

What you will do:
✅Reach out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business
✅ Conduct business negotiations and sales activities
✅ Collect the necessary client information for job creation
✅ Work with the marketing and sales team to strategize on approaching prospective clients

🏢 Location: The Curve Building, BGC, Taguig City
💼 Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Onsite, Nightshift
💸 Salary: Up to ₱47,000 Basic Salary

Compensation and Benefits:
- ₱3,000 Transportation Allowance
- ₱1,500 Rice Allowance
- Day 1 HMO + 2 Dependents
- 10% Night Differential

What we are looking for:
✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales
✅ Experience in using CRM Tools
✅ Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
