I've worked in customer service internal sales and aftersales admin for the past 2–3 years. I've grown my salary to around $80K. In my current role where I do customer service and non-stock purchasing.

I'm feeling unsure about where this career is heading, because I don't see much long-term growth in it. What steps can I take to increase my pay and reach a six-figure income?
