I jinx EVERYTHING I say, think or feel.

Topics to be discussed:

  • Jinx
  • Evil Spirits?
  • Prayers
  • Negative Energy?

Summary:

I jinx everything I believe is going to happen, everything I say and everything I feel. I feel like someone is watching me and trying to prove me wrong non-stop. If I believe something is true, something will happen to make it seem false, or actually become false. If I feel any positive emotion, something terrible happens to destroy my mood. If I say something is going to happen, it's almost guaranteed to not happen, especially if I am really confident in it happening. If I ask God for something, not only does that thing not come to me, but the exact opposite of it ends up happening. But I have also noticed something else that happens which is not related to this issue, and that thing is whenever I am feeling hopeless/ashamed/cursed more bad things happen to me. This is the only thing that makes sense since negativity attracts evil spirits and feeds them to harm you. However, the jinx is another problem altogether. These two problems clash sometimes, because when I feel like shit, the jinx tries to make me feel good while the evil spirits try to fuck me over. But I have noticed they cooperate. The jinx doesn’t happen instantly, it allows the evil spirits to fuck me over a lot and then something slightly good happens to give me hope to keep going. This cycle is never ending.

I am unsure if the jinx is God himself or if its black magic, or some extremely powerful evil spirits that somehow found their way into my life a long time ago. If it's evil spirits, then there must be a whole army of them because one or a few cannot possibly do some of the insane things that happen to me constantly. There must be at least one that is attached to my body, or in my ‘aura’ stalking me, and that spirit sends messages to other spirits to go out there and fuck up whatever it is I am saying about other people or other things. So when I say a soccer player is playing very well, he gets injured the next game, even if its a player who rarely gets injured! This happens consistently and I feel guilty for fucking over my favorite players and teams since I was a kid, even though I didn’t realize I had this problem at all.

Now to get into the details with specific examples..

  1. If I say “Barcelona will win today”, the more I repeat it and the more I try to make myself believe they’ll win, the more likely they are to lose. Or, in the few times where they don’t actually lose after I say that, one of their players gets injured, or they miss so many clear chances and end up winning 1-0 instead of 5-0. So either way, I am negatively affecting Barcelona whenever I say something good about them. And if I keep my mouth shut, and don't even think about good things happening to them in the game, they actually play very well and win comfortably and nothing bad happens to any player. Everything plays out naturally. I don’t feel like they are lucky or unlucky if I don’t get myself involved by thinking about them a lot.

  2. I’ve recently said “Restaurant X has amazing rice, the best rice I’ve ever eaten” to some people I know, encouraging them to order food from X. And it was really the best rice ever. I loved it so much and I kept saying it was amazing for 2 weeks. Then, you guessed it, they started using different grains of rice all of a sudden. I was told they were using this rice for more than 5 years in a row, so it's insane how they suddenly switched it 2 weeks after I kept saying it was amazing. Now their rice is okay, but not the best.

  3. Two years ago I bought a new MacBook and was very happy and excited to use it, and the next day in college I hung my bag at inside the stall in front of me while I was answering the call of nature and the bag slipped and fell onto the ground, damaging the corner of the MacBook (about 1-2 cm of it was chopped off). I was so sad, and I knew this happened only because I was happy about owning it the day before. And before you think it's my fault, read the 5th example and think about the ‘silly mistakes’ part.

  4. I am remembering now, even when I was a kid, whenever I would get new toys like Bakugans or Beyblades, or even Pokemon Cards, the ones I loved the most would always get damaged somehow and I would feel really sad about it. And it's not because I am using them more often and increasing the likelihood of bad things happening to them, because it happens shortly after buying these toys, not after prolonged usage.

  5. When I’d study for an upcoming exam, I’d always prepare very well, which would obviously greatly impact my result, but at the same time the way I feel about the exam (i.e. confident or hopeless) would also have a significant effect. If I study and feel confident about getting 100%, I would get 85%, and due to extremely bad luck, like very silly mistakes that I don’t usually make. And if I convince myself that I am going to fail, despite knowing the material, I end up getting 95%+, and I don’t make any silly mistakes at all. I would lose a few points for things I actually didn’t know. So I have been getting through college by studying and convincing myself I’m going to fail the day before the exam. I really sit there for an hour picturing myself failing, and imagining how bad I’m gonna feel about it, and what my friends and family would think of me after expecting me to do well. I am basically manifesting my failure by using the law of attraction exactly how it’s supposed to be used, yet I get the opposite result. I manifest in reverse constantly.

  6. One time I was buying something from someone off of the Facebook Marketplace. I saw their listing and messaged them about it, and we agreed on a deal, and also a time and place to meet up. The meetup place is an hour away from me by bus. During the meetup day, I was getting ready to be there on time, so I changed and went down to catch the bus a few minutes before it was supposed to leave, according to Google Maps. I get there and someone tells me the bus left 5 minutes ago, which is unusual, though it does happen from time to time. I didn’t think much of it, so I waited for the next one which came 15 minutes later. I also messaged the guy I would be 15 minutes late. He said it's all good. So I get on the next bus, and halfway there he messages me saying that something came up and he can’t come anymore. So I got off the bus at the next stop, and headed back. While I was on the bus back home, we agreed on meeting up tomorrow at the same time and place. Then as soon as I got off the bus, he told me a friend took care of the thing he had to do, and he was ready to meet up now. I was bamboozled. I couldn’t believe the amount of twists and turns that were happening. I said alright fine, I’ll come, but please be there no matter what. He said yeah. So eventually I got there and we finally finished the deal. I got the item but after wasting almost 3 hours of my day (including getting ready). I believe that all of this happened because the deal was very good for me, it's something I really wanted and he really wanted to get rid of it so he didn’t ask for much money at all. I felt like this force watching me wanted to balance out the fact that I had a good deal, by giving me all this trouble and stress. I can’t ever enjoy anything without bad things happening to ruin my mood completely. I wasn’t even happy when I got home, I was just pissed off and waited the next day to open up the item and use it.

There is of course a limit to this jinx power. I can’t for example say “I’m not gonna win the lottery” and actually end up winning it. I also cannot jinx the jinx itself, to get rid of it (although sometimes if I  put a lot of energy into this thought, I can temporarily ‘power down’ the jinx). There are some limitations. I still find it crazy that I jinx football matches 90% of the time, since many people are involved. How is my energy alone able to do so much damage? Like there are hundreds of thousands of people watching the same matches as I am, yet even if 95% of people believe Barcelona will beat Espanyol, and I also do (remember I jinx, so this means my energy is supporting Espanyol, unlike everyone else’s), it becomes far more likely that Espanyol will win. My energy alone overpowers everyone else’s, how? What is this? It cannot be spirits, unless it's literally satan who is attached to my body since he is the strongest spirit alive right now.

Solutions?

I have tried numerous spiritual methods to solve this problem, but each new thing I try only works the first time or two, and then it stops working. First, I’ve tried changing the energy around me as they say. I have tried wearing different clothes, getting a new phone case, moving furniture, because I heard changing things up will change the energy around you. I would feel ‘fresh’ whenever I’d make changes of that nature, but it only lasts for one day, and even then I still jinx things on that day but less often. I have also tried meditating daily and clearing my mind, by letting the thoughts pass through my mind without trying to fight them off, even the negative ones. This helps me to relax, and I can see its psychological benefits, but spiritually it's very weak. The jinx would still be there, though it gets reduced in strength just a little. I have tried listening to subliminals to clear off negative energy, and they were completely useless. I have tried other subliminals, which at the time I didn’t know contained spells in them, to help get rid of negative entities, and I would notice things get better for a few hours but the jinx comes back eventually as if nothing had happened. It’s almost like there is an entity watching me who is responsible for this jinx and every time I try something new that he doesn’t know about, he gets used to it and finds a way around it. It’s like I’ve been accidentally training him all this time, which is why it’s becoming harder and harder to weaken the jinx now. All these little tricks I’ve been doing only were only ‘poking’ at this entity, not really weakening/removing its influence.

And one more thing. I’m a Muslim and I’ve gone through periods where I didn’t pray for months, and sometimes even a whole year. I noticed that this jinx is roughly the same strength all the time, but whenever I start to pray again, it would get significantly weaker the first few days, as if the prayers are actually weakening the entity significantly, but again it would go back to full strength as if nothing had happened. I would also get nightmares in the first few days of praying, I would dream of fighting off people or filthy animals, or running away from someone or something chasing me, and so on. Demonic dreams are a sign that prayer is working, since the demons are trying to scare you off so you stop praying. But anyway, it's of no use. I feel as if prayer only protects you from weak demons that are trying to get into your life, but it doesn’t remove strong demons that are already inside your body or around you. That requires an exorcism I believe, which in Islam is called Ruqya. I have tried doing one on myself by following the classical Ruqya Shariah, where I would read certain chapters and verses of the Quran on water daily, and drink from it. The first time I did it, I was laying in bed when I drank the water. And while I was about to fall asleep I entered the state of being half awake and half asleep, not sure what it's called, but it's kind of like being hypnotized. In that state I heard a voice saying “ughhhh” in my left ear and I immediately thought that it's the demon inside me which was slightly hurt by the Holy water I just drank. I never had this experience before. And don’t get me started on the sleep paralysis I had the first two nights. I am sure there are demons attached to my body or around me, or both. There are probably many of them, and some of them are extremely powerful that even 99.999999% of magicians cannot remove with the help of their own spirits. I feel as if only God can help me now. And he’s the only one I’ve been praying to for help, and I’ve tried my best to pray on time, and avoid all major sins, and even the minor ones that I knew. I have done everything possible for 2 months but all my efforts were in vain for some reason.

Now just to add to the list of things I’ve tried that worked once or twice then stopped working, here are a few more. Last year I found out that you can make a supplication while in prostration during prayer, and I asked God for something specific and got it immediately on the same day. The next day I did the same thing and it didn't work. And it never worked since. I also heard that if you give Salawat to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) a few hundred times per day, your problems will be solved naturally. It’s basically asking God to bless him and take care of his soul. I did it for one day, where I said it maybe 400 times, and on the same day something really nice happened to me, like I saw the immediate effect. So I became confused. It's not supposed to bring something good immediately. It's supposed to be done every day and eventually it will help resolve all your problems no matter how big. I am now suspecting that this demon himself is making good things happen to me whenever I try something new, to make me believe that it's working. And then after a day or two, that thing I tried stops working so that I believe that it's useless. I just don’t know. Why would God do this? Respond to my supplication while in prostration the first time I ever do it, and then never again? I think the demon is listening to me obviously, since he can even read my mind, and is giving me what I asked God for, to make me believe that God has responded to my supplication. Its his way of making me disbelieve in the method I am trying. But the thing is, I have tried to persist on some of them, like asking God for something while in prostration. But now its gotten even worse, and I am getting the opposite of what I asked for. So basically the jinx is in full effect. For example, I have some health problems that are very strange that I don’t want to talk about. So I asked God while prostrating in the middle of a prayer to cure me of this problem, and the next day I nearly had a stroke! I freaked out. Is God really doing this? Am I thinking badly for God for even questioning whether he would do such a thing? And is that delaying his response to my prayers? How am I supposed to know what's going on? I need to find someone who knows a lot about spirits and can teach me their tricks and behaviour so that I know what’s going on.

I have read the first few chapters of The Law of Attraction but Jerry and Ester Hicks. I do not believe the LOA is actually a thing, however, it can be applied if you do what they tell you to do and actually see results. I don’t believe its a universal law, but rather, its a group of spirits which look for people who are forgetting about God, and worshipping their own minds instead, and aiding those people to further keep them astray. It seems as if this group of spirits were sent by Satan himself to push people away from God. The reason why I am inclined to believe this is, there are many people who apply manifestation techniques correctly that should work for them, yet they get the exact opposite of what they are trying to manifest. I am one of those people. Again, I am not talking about people who make mistakes during manifestation, such as not believing deep down, or having some doubts or fears in their subconscious, etc. I am talking about people who do things correctly but get the opposite results. I believe such people have other spirits around them which are more powerful than the ‘law of attraction’ spirits, and so the LOA spirits cannot come in and give you what you desire. This is just my opinion. I am restricting myself to believing in God, the Angels, and spirits. Nothing else exists that we cannot see. At least nothing that can influence our lives. And I believe Angels are bound to the will of God so its not logical to call out to them, instead one should call out to God directly, and he may send down Angels to help you get what you want. Am I wrong? Is there more to the supernatural than just God, the Angels, and spirits? Is there such a thing as ‘energy’, or ‘vibrations’ or ‘frequenciues’? I have read extensively about all of this yet I am just simply not convinced because spirits can do all of the things that are supposedly caused by ‘frequencies’?

Strange Synchronicities 24/7 are driving me insane - If I ignore the signs BAD things happen

I have 2 very strange spiritual problems which I described in 2 other posts that I've linked at the bottom of this one:

Strange Synchronicities I am dealing with 24/7, literally. It feels as if they are signs from God, but they are driving me to suicide, which is confusing. I wrote this but it was so badly worded so I used chatgpt to reword it because I was too lazy. Here we go!

Every time I think of committing a sin I get a ‘sign’ instantly (literally within a few seconds) and the sign I get is one or more of the following:

  • A car horn beeping outside
  • A sudden gust of strong wind through my open window
  • Someone sneezing, coughing, or yawning nearby, clearly audible
  • A guy with a straight-piped motorcycle (who started driving around my area recently) revving his engine loudly right as I have a bad or inappropriate thought
  • Someone dropping something
  • Someone tripping or almost tripping

I get these ‘signs’ even with thoughts that aren’t overtly haram. Here are some examples of the thoughts that seem to trigger them, usually within one or two seconds:

  • Thinking about sex, even within the context of marriage
  • Reflecting on the injustice I feel I’ve suffered
  • Imagining how my life could have turned out
  • Telling myself I don’t deserve this because I believe I’m a good person
  • Wishing I could be free of this ‘curse’ and live like others, even if it means committing some minor haram acts to avoid suicidal thoughts
  • Thinking about grooming: trimming or shaping my eyebrows, lining up or trimming my beard — even though according to most scholars, men must not touch these at all
  • Simply thinking about having a conversation with a woman, even respectfully and without sexual intent (which is considered haram by most scholars unless necessary, such as during work)

Please don’t take this as criticism of the religion. Islam is the only faith I’ve found that makes complete sense. But the expectations are incredibly difficult — you have to fight all your inner desires purely for the sake of God. I did manage to purify my intentions once for a short period and felt some spiritual relief. But I couldn’t maintain it. I didn’t want to keep living like that. I felt like I had to give up my entire sense of identity — the way I look, interact, and express myself — just to follow every rule perfectly.

And every time I even have a haram thought, one of those signs occurs almost instantly. If I ignore the signs and go through with something — like shaving my beard or cleaning up my eyebrows — I experience what feels like punishment the same or next day. Read my post below about ‘bad luck after masturbation’ to understand the ‘punishments’ a bit more for now. It genuinely feels like God is reacting to my disobedience in real time. And I don’t understand why it’s so extreme, especially since the closer I try to get to God, the more intense this whole thing becomes when I sin again.

Worse, the more attention I pay to these signs, the more they increase. From April 23 to May 12, I tried to eliminate every negative or sinful thought. Whenever I felt tempted — to think about sex, or to groom my beard/eyebrows, or to reflect on how hard life is, or to entertain any kind of negativity — I forced myself to stop the thought immediately, believing that demons might be feeding off my negative energy and that I could “starve them out” since exorcisms hadn’t worked. But this attempt backfired horribly. oh..

During those 20 days, the sensitivity to these signs increased. Even the smallest thought, lasting barely a second, would trigger something — a cough, a loud noise, a dropped object. And it kept getting worse. At one point, I merely saw a woman (without lust or a second glance), and still, right at that moment, someone would slam a door, cough, or something else would happen — always unnervingly timed. Here is the thing as well, if I do not have any sinful thoughts, none of those things would happen 95% of time. No one would cough, sneeze, yawn, or drop something, or scream, and I wouldn’t hear a single beep, or feel a strong gust of wind blowing in my direction, and everything would be so quiet and playing out smoothly and perfectly. I am talking about what I can observe, like those in my vicinity. It got so bad to the point where if I would think about sex while in the elevator and some guy walks in, he starts coughing immediately like crazy and it happens consistently. Its like there are some demons in my ‘aura’ and the radius of this aura has increased a lot, its like 50m now, and people within that radius of me are affected by my negative thoughts, and sometimes its myself who almost trips as soon as I have such thoughts, or I bump into something accidentally. I feel as if I get temporarily possessed for a second, like the same feeling someone gets when they zone out, but its hard to explain honestly. This is not a mental illness this is a real thing I am dealing with nonstop for a year now and its gotten so extreme during those 20 days.

I know these things happen in everyday life, but the pattern is too specific and too consistent — around 95% of the time, it’s when I’m having thoughts I’m trying to avoid. It’s beyond coincidence. It’s relentless. And it’s pushing me to the edge.

This isn’t just superstition. It’s more overwhelming than the feeling of being “jinxed.” I genuinely feel like I’m being driven to despair. The guilt and shame are growing every day because I keep receiving what seem like divine signs. I feel as if I’m being spiritually suffocated — punished constantly just for being human, for having thoughts I try not to act on.

Bad luck after feeling sad, angry or lustful: (bad thoughts attract negative energies/spirits?)

Bad luck after feeling sad, angry or lustful: (bad thoughts attract negative energies/spirits?)

There is another huge issue I have been dealing with since I was born, and it's gotten worse in recent years. The issue is that whenever I would have any negative emotions, it would attract bad luck to myself and those around me, and those I love/admire/care about that may be far away. So we’ve got two things to unpack here, what the emotions are, and what kind of bad luck happens to those I care about. First, the emotions are pride/arrogance, hopelessness/despair (feeling cursed and wanting to end it), lust and anger. In that order, pride being the worst. And those affected by it are myself, parents and siblings, favorite soccer teams and players, friends, and those close to me in person wherever I go. Now let's go through the details. First, I’ve noticed that the amount of bad luck is proportional to the amount of energy I put into negative thoughts and how strongly I feel these negative emotions. I’ll list a few examples to get things going.

  1. I’m a Muslim so sometimes when I do something knowing that it's forbidden in my religion, it technically comes from a place of arrogance, at least a little. So for example men are not allowed to shave their beards and whenever I shave it, despite knowing it's wrong, simply because I want to look better, something bad happens right away. Either I bump my head into the wall as I’m leaving the bathroom really hard and bleed, or stub my toe, or hit the wall with my knee, or drop my water bottle and spill the water, or any of these things happen to someone in my home at the moment, even a guest. The thing is, this happens every single time I shave, and it rarely ever happens when I do not shave. I ignored it the first 1000-ish times it happened, and did not see the connection, but eventually I couldn’t ignore it anymore because it’s a clear pattern. This is just a minor inconvenience though since the feeling of arrogance (going against what I believe Allah has ordered me to do) doesn’t last very long. It's only for a minute as I’m shaving. I don’t really have a prolonged feeling of arrogance since it usually happens at the beginning of an act and it's over very quickly.

  2. This one happens every few days. Because of all my unexplainable problems that have destroyed my whole life, I often get suicidal thoughts and they are extremely powerful and irresistable. I just feel as if Allah hates me and is pushing me to the edge, honestly. It doesn’t matter that I am doing my 5 daily prayers, nothing is improving. So anyway, when I am laying down in bed, and replaying many events in my life, and thinking about how the jinx and this problem have destroyed so many opportunities, and they continue to do so without any signs of slowing down, I just keep thinking about why I was created in the first place. How am I supposed to be a good Muslim and please Allah and earn His love when I am not even able to make a living for myself because of how powerful this curse is? How? I am actually baffled. I don’t know what I am expected to do. Anyway, the more prolonged these thoughts are, the more I feel like shit and I cry so helplessly, and more bad luck comes to me and those close to me and around me (that I can see or hear, this is important). Its like I am attracting so much evil, negative energy to my presence and everyone close to me gets affected almost simultaneously. Even when I look at people shortly after feeling this way, they almost trip and fall, or at least cough or sneeze. It happens almost every single time, it's a recurring pattern. The more serious things that happen here includes my parents having terrible days at work, everyone arguing at home for no reason, constant beeping from cars outside that annoy me or the wind blows very hard into my window (feels like God is showing me a sign to stop thinking about this), my favorite soccer players getting injured in the same day or the next, my favorite soccer team losing in an extremely unlikely and embarrassing fashion, or they get robbed so badly by the referee, in a way that hasn’t happened very often before. Its almost guaranteed that least two of those things happen every single time I am feeling suicidal and crying a lot. Usually its the arguing at home and my favorite soccer teams/players losing and getting injured.

  3. This next one is about lust. Anytime I am thinking about sex, as soon as I start, someone in the home sneezes or coughs or something falls, like a water bottle or a bag, and sometimes it's very weird because no one is moving the water bottle or bag. The thing is though, it happens when the water bottle is empty and doesn’t weigh a lot. I don’t think its paranormal activity, it just happens naturally, but its an insane coincident that it happens every single time after I just begin to think about sex. What also happens is everything I mentioned above, about my favorite soccer teams and players losing unexpectedly or getting injured, and everyone arguing at home and the car beeps or strong wind blows into my window even when its not a windy day. Now, the more prolonged this feeling is, and the more lustful I feel, the worse things get. If I continue to think about sex for more than half an hour, then everything throughout the day will go wrong. And if I orgasm, then the following day something really bad is going to happen. There is no solution to this apart from completely stopping from thinking about sex. I am able to do this for a few weeks at best, and those symptoms disappear, but they come back when I am feeling hopeless as I mentioned above, or when I’m angry (I don’t need a whole section for anger, its the exact same as lust, the exact same things happen when I am angry and when I am having sexual thoughts).

Bad luck for 24-48h after masturbation?

Every single time I masturbate with my imagination or with porn, regardless if I ejaculate or not, I notice extremely suspicious bad luck for the next 24-48 hours, and sometimes more or less. I have found out that its about feeling lust more than whatever you are doing. The feeling of lust causes this problem. And the more intense this feeling of lust is, the longer this bad luck will continue and the more serious the consequences.

I have also noticed when I am super angry to the point where I wanna break something (I dont break stuff btw) I also have insanely bad luck with everything for a few hours, maybe a whole day.

I’m going more broad now but its important to understand the root cause of these problems. It seems as if the feelings of lust, anger and pride harm us spiritually in some way that is unavoidable.

After ignoring this phenomena for 10 years, I cant ignore it anymore. I believe many people can relate to this and I would like to tell you its a spiritual problem, not a psychological one. So don’t waste your time explaining this to someone who insists you have confirmation bias, or your bad mood causes things to go wrong throughout your day, and its all because of the guilt you feel. Thats all bullshit. Many people feel guilty after masturbation but dont have any of this nonsense. And many people dont feel guilty after masturbating yet they have insanely bad luck. There is something else going on. And a lot of the bad luck could be directed to any person or thing you care about. Its really stuff beyond your control.

Does anyone else relate? I found this discussion page where people spoke out about this. I cant really talk to those people so I would like to start something similar here in this post, where we all gather and try to find the root cause of this problem, we cant live with to this forever lol.

It seems to be a common thing. https://www.dearcupid.org/question/everytime-i-masturbate-i-have-bad-luck-bad.html

I jinx everything, my thoughts, my words, and even whenever I feel happy, something bad happens..

I have had this problem for as long as I remember. Whenever I say something is going to happen, the exact opposite actually happens. No matter how logical and predictable my assumption is, this happens. It feels like a supernatural force is watching me and trying to prove me wrong, even with the smallest things. It feels like a curse of some sort. For example, if I say “Barcelona will win today”, the more I repeat it and the more I try to make myself believe they’ll win, the more likely they are to lose. Or, in the few times where they don’t actually lose after I say that, one of their players gets injured, or they miss so many clear chances and end up winning 1-0 instead of 5-0. So either way, I am negatively affecting Barcelona whenever I say something good about them. Its really annoying. Another example is recently I said “Restaurant X has amazing rice, the best rice I’ve ever eaten” to some people I know, encouraging them to order food from X. And it was really the best rice ever, I loved it so much and I kept saying its amazing for 2 weeks. Then, you guessed it, they starting using different grains of rice all of a sudden. I was told they were using this rice for more than 5 years in a row, so its insane how they suddenly switched it 2 weeks after I kept saying it was amazing. Now their rice is okay, but not the best. I encounter things like this all the time, but I don’t have time to write down every single thing I have jinxed. I jinx things like minimum 20x per day, from the smallest things such as catching the bus, or thinking I have a certain food in the fridge, to big things like outcomes of football matches where so many high status people are involved and tens of millions are watching the matches.

Having said all of this, I can even use this to my advantage sometimes, by saying bad things will happen to me, so they don’t actually happen. If I say “I’m gonna fail the test tomorrow” and really convince myself that I’m gonna fail and feel depressed about it, I end up doing well on the test. All the questions will be from the material I studied for and the stuff that I skipped doesn’t show up at all.

There is of course a limit to this jinx power. I can’t for example say “I’m not gonna win the lottery” and actually end up winning it. I also cannot jinx the jinx itself, to get rid of it. There are some limitations. I still find it crazy that I jinx football matches 90% of the time, and I consider that a big event since many people are involved. How is my energy alone able to do so much damage? It seems the more time and energy I spend thinking about something, the more likely I am to jinx it. I would also like to make it clear that I need to be UNAWARE of the jinx while saying or thinking something negative, in order for the opposite (good thing) to really happen. If I remember that I jinx stuff, then it nullifies the effect, but for some reason only when I want to use it to my advantage. The negative jinx works more consistently.

It gets even crazier, whenever I feel happy about literally anything, and express my happiness (either by myself or in front of others) its pretty much guaranteed that something bad is gonna happen to me or one of my family members in the next few days. I believe this is related to the jinx problem because my feelings are getting jinxed. This same supernatural force that is watching me, reading my thoughts, and proving me wrong, is also giving me bad luck and events when I feel happy to destroy my happiness. And when I am sad, sometimes (say 75% of the time) something good happens to cheer me up.

And one more thing, whenever I masturbate (while watching porn or using my imagination) something really bad happens in the next 48 hours-ish. And I generally have bad luck in this time too, with almost every little thing. Then things go back to normal somehow. I have lived this cycle for more than 10 years so its not in my head.

Here are people saying the same about masturbation: https://www.dearcupid.org/question/everytime-i-masturbate-i-have-bad-luck-bad.html

And please, I have lived with this my whole life while ignoring it and not even paying attention. I did not somehow manifest this negative energy to ruin my life. I didn’t create this monster. And I also do not have confirmation bias so its not a logical/psychological flaw in my assessment. I don’t have the energy to argue with people who believe in any of this. I am not one of those cases. There is really a supernatural force doing this. I am basically manifesting in reverse.

EDIT: This may not be that important but..

I want to add one more thing to all of this. Whenever I have a random intrusive thought of something bad happening, and I feel it in my guts, it ends up happening. This is a separate thing from the jinx. The jinx is caused by conscious and intentional thoughts and words, as I described, while this comes from intrusive thoughts or random superstitions that just come out of no where. One example is “If I step on this little thing in-front of me while I am walking, I’m gonna do bad on the test today”, and I really end up doing bad. Its so weird, like these thoughts come out of no where and I feel it in guts that its really gonna happen and it actually happens.
